Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and the installation was a breeze. The difference in water quality was immediate. I’ve noticed less limescale in my kettle and clearer drinking water. 5 stars well deserved!

I ordered a waterfilter and paid 5.95 EUR for it to be delivered to my address. Instead it was delivered to a packaging point quite far away from me and since I don't have a car it was impossible for me to pick it up. I wrote to the company to ask why they didn't send it to my address, particularly since I already paid for this. They didn't give me a reason and as a solution they proposed to send the package to my address if I'd pay an additional 7 EUR. I told them that I'd already paid for delivery to my address, they then proposed another solution, namely to transfer my money back but withhold 7 EUR because they made "extra costs" given that the package was not picked up where they'd sent it and came back to them. I opted for the last option and then found the same filter for less than half the price elsewhere. Will not order from this company again.

I ordered 3 fluoride filters, but the original packaging on the filters was already opened. I called them immediately, and they told me it shouldn't be like that. I sent them some pictures and asked for details about what is inside the filters, as well as certificates to confirm the product is safe for use. I received an email stating they didn't have the certificates, and they didn’t answer my question about what’s inside the filters (they’re selling products they don’t know about).

I called again, requesting new, unopened filters with the relevant certificates. Their response was that the filters are unused and the package is open, so what! And now, I’m being told I have to pay to return the filters

I bought a model on their web, since the the description is match. After I found the the description actually is wrong and return the model. They didn't reimburse the shipping costs.

The filter works.
I used to have the shower head blocked every week by water impurities. After installing the filter, it lasts up to 6 months before it gets blocked again.
