Excellent products
This was my second order. The first mat took several weeks to arrive, but since it got to me, I have been really happy with my doormat.
As I was so pleased with it, I recently ordered another as a gift. This only took a couple of days to arrive, and the family I bought it for are delighted with it.

Not recommended
The mat is anything but the grey I ordered, regardless of the lighting. In terms of color, it bears no resemblance to the image on the website either. My request to return the mat was never answered.

Excellent Delivery Service
The ordering and delivery service were excellent. I ordered my WaterHog Mat on the Sunday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday.
The quality of the product received was also excellent. It has a premium look and feel about it. The colour of the mat I selected blends beautifully with my wood flooring.
I can now see what all the fuss is about..!
