finally it has arrived...
Good offer and the promise of a fast delivery convinced me to order. It turned out to be not that easy.
All I got was an order confirmation but no tracking link and no update. Also there is no hotline number to call, the chat window (not even a bot...) ended with no reply.
This is not how it should be done!!
Let´s hope that the parts work alright.

Not so helpful desk
I found that I ticked black not anthracite for fittings and immediately tried to change this long before they were dispatched but got a blank refusal from your help desk.
Disappointing as I was spending nearly 2000 Eu and it could be so easily be rectified. Peter Wallace
