Excellent customer service
I bought this water flosser on Amazon. After just over a year the water pump started failing. As it was still under the 2 year guarantee I contacted them and they replaced it immediately. Within 2 days I received my replacement. That’s what I call excellent customer service.

Very poor quality
love the idea of a water flosser, but this particular model (Aquarius Pro) is very poor quality. I’ve had mine for only two weeks and the power button is already failing -it only responds about half the time.
The whole unit feels cheaply made, with plastic parts that are loosely fitted together. For the price, I was expecting something much more solid and reliable. Right now, I can’t recommend this product.

Second time ordering two items from…
Second time ordering two items from them, first package contained two items but only one of them was what I had ordered. They did apologize for this and sent me a second package with the remaining item. Delivery was fairly prompt so cant complain too much. Mistakes do happen after all. Will give them props for fixing their mistakes promptly.

Great customer service
Love my Waterpik but unfortunately it stopped working for no reason about 21 months after purchase. Had a 2 year warranty but to be honest I didn't really expect to get my money back. However, armed with my original receipt, I filled in the warranty form on their website and the next day they emailed to say a replacement was on its way. From claim to delivery - 4 days! You can't ask for more than that... Thank you Waterpik - customer service like this is sadly lacking these days but you are a shining example of how it should be done.

Hoping for better quality this time
Just bought a new Waterpik. My first one worked fine for 2 years, when it started to leak and I had to replace the tubing. Now, after exactly 3 years, it broke completely. I decided to give it one more try...

I wasted my time and money, but I received a much cheaper version of the product that I do not need and you caused me great inconvenience. it's okey but could have been better
Produkt opplevelse 3 stjerner. Even though on paper the Waterpik Cordless has really good specification the stream feels weak. Butikk opplevelse 5 stjerner. When it comes to delivery from the shop - really quick delivery and everything went all right.
