Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. After Royal Mail incorrectly ‘delivered’ my parcel the manager who took on my query from this company got my issue resolved and sent out a replacement without keeping me waiting too long. Would shop with them again!

I thought I would get the full range of…
I thought I would get the full range of attachments purchasing the "top of the range" model only to be disappointed to find that I had to spend another £25 to purchase the other attachments on a separate order, other wise pleased with it.

New plug to replace lost original
I needed a plug to replace the original one which I thought was lost. Easy to order via website and delivered the next day. Very well packed. Unfortunately, I found the original plug the next week .. so now I have a spare

Thanks for the prompt response for my purchases.
I have purchase the top of the range countertop unit, and the top of the range travel unit.
Nothing wrong, but why do you not offer the travel unit with a whitening capability? For instance, I am now away for 3 weeks, will use the whitening countertop unit when home, but cannot do this for 3 weeks whilst I am away.
Just thought you might like to know my thoughts regarding my purchases!
