I decided to look for a UK-based supplier for the Pelicase 1535 model, rather than sticking to my usual habit of buying from an online global retailer. It started with a chat with Tim, who was incredibly helpful, which led to me creating an account. The customer support team was outstanding, with prompt and clear communication. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the overall experience was far better than what I usually expect from larger retailers. Plus, the price was also a factor, making it an even better choice. I highly recommend this supplier for their excellent service!

I've been a customer of Waterproof cases for around 10 years, and have probably placed 50 or so orders. These are mainly of Peli cases, but sometimes other makes too. A minor error on one order was soon resolved.

I've recently started using Waterproof cases for custom foam inserts. I've only placed one order for that, and those are fine.

Great selection and nicely laid out website. Easy ordering. A phone call from customer service within hours of my order to explain one item delayed by a day and would I prefer two deliveries (the first, what they had in stock / the second, to follow a day later) or to hold off until all together. Wow, how refreshing. I wouldn’t have even noticed if they all came together, two days after my order, instead of just one. Excellent tracking notifications from FedEx and a friendly driver too. Used them several times since 2015 and always had great service.
This time round there was a bit an issue with the case I had ordered but the staff went out of their way to help me find a great alternative that I couldn't be happier with.

I have used Waterproof Cases for several years. Their prices are good - a competitor I once asked could not match them. I could order from their website, but I just phone up - it’s always good to speak to them. Michelle must be the most friendly person I have ever come across. Peter and Michelle make a great team.

I spent quite a long time researching hard camera cases. I spoke to a number of sellers and Waterproof-Cases not only proved to be the most helpful with advice on the right case but explaining the differences which greatly helped making the choice. When I had made my selection, they were competitive on price, time of delivery and just pleasant to deal with. The case arrived next day as promised and was everything I was told it would be.

Ordered an old model peli case for iPad 1, 2, 3 and Apple wireless keyboard. Arrived in under 24 hours for free (gobsmacked), was thirty quid cheaper than elsewhere and works perfectly with an iPad Pro 9.7 and Apple magic Keyboard 2. So, check out the review I placed on amazon uk for the product, I’ll be going to them first next time I have needs and am one very happy customer! I am very untrusting of sites with limited reviews but it was a secure site and my gamble paid off! Very impressed and I vouch for them!!
