I hired a Nauticam for Alexa Mini, and 2 orca underwater lights, from Richard for an underwater music video shoot in London in July 2019.

Richard was very helpful in setting me up with what I needed, chatting to me on whatsapp even though he was on a job on the other side of the world. He and the others at Waterproof Media sorted a cost effective transport solution too.

I recently used Waterproof Media to dry hire a Nauticam. This was a last minute job and Rich's good communication and expertise helped us to choose the right bit of kit and turn it round efficiently.

I wanted to rent an underwater housing for my camera from Waterproof Media but they didn't have the exact one for my camera so Rich provided an almost identical camera at no extra charge, sent the kit a day early at no extra charge, included media and batteries I hadn't asked for and sent extremely detailed and helpful instructions on how to use everything. Rich went above and beyond and was extremely communicative, clear and helpful. Had a very positive experience with Waterproof Media and would definitely work with them in the future!

Rich has been nothing but accommodating in the most last minute and obscure requests to meet my filming needs.
