This is the second time that I have had to purchase these foot brackets in a year. Please make them to last longer.

I appreciate the ordering process and parts availability. The time from order to ship was way too long. My rower was out of service for a couple of months. First I ordered the wrong parts (my fault completely) which took weeks. I finally get the wrong parts and ordered the right parts, weeks more. I’ve ordered stuff from china while waiting for my parts that took less time. I guess it’s supply chain or maybe it’s how things are. I don’t know.

Instruction is impossible to follow to replace water tank. Have to independently research and put together all steps required to replace the tank.

Initially was very pleased with my purchase of the Oxbridge model. Assembly was smooth. However, a couple days after using the rower I tipped the rower up for storage and inadvertently cracked the plastic track by not having the seat all the way forward before tipping. My mistake. After procrastinating, I ordered a replacement track which I just received. Upon installing, #1, it was near impossible to remove the old track without damaging the nice cherry wood. #2, the holes on the new track did not match up with the holes in the wood. Frustrating! I purposely bought from WaterRower because I wanted quality and to support American Made. Could have bought a much cheaper foreign made wood rower from Amazon. So I'm disappointed in this experience, but I still love the rower.

After over two years of owning and running the water rower club machine with no issues, I had to troubleshoot a clicking noise when active at the drive stage. Contacting the support team at Waterrower, I received a response the same day. After several emails and troubleshooting steps, we finally found the part that was causing the clicking noise and they instructed me on the replacement. The replacement part arrived quickly and once replaced the rower was back to new. All mechanical systems wear and eventually need service. It is comforting to know that years after purchase the customer support and service are still valued high at the company. Cannot recommend Waterrower products and as a company highly enough.

It's a wonderful machine. I row about 3 to 5 km per day. My only suggestion/issue is that you need better software and probably more open source software, to go with it

With the kit and instructions that you sent us, along with your online DIY videos, replacing the seal on our water rower tank was much easier than we thought it would be. Very happy with your support and our rower!

Why so long to ship parts. Over 3 weeks

Thought I was getting one by actually received two, (1 pair) of the foot pieces I needed. Was able to repair my broken WaterRower with ease.

I haven't yet received my most recent purchase. (Replacement tank). The customer service on a previous recent purchase (tank glue kit) was very good.

Parts were east to install and bring my tower back to 100%.

WaterRower really stepped up as we moved, and my mover banged up my M1 WaterRower. The heart rate monitor would not work after the move and once I contacted WaterRower, they were all over the problem.
They sent me a new heart rate monitor unit, and everything was fine.

Excellent Customer Service and Support! Very helpful and very responsive

I love my water rower. It looks great but more than that I love how it feels. I got hooked on rowing while on an actual whale boat rowing team. I spent hours on rowers in the gym and glad to finally have my own. My only complaint was with the footpads. Right after I received my water rower I had to order a replacement part so that my foot pads didn't slip. Then I had to order new foot pads. That being said I use my rower a lot and at a vigorous pace. My biggest issue with the footpads was how long it took to get replacements. Water rower did send me a new pair with no cost but it was initially frustrating.

This pump makes a every 6 month job of changing the water a simple task

I compared all types of rowers, from fan-based gym ‘standards’ to fancier magnetic units with attached monitors. But the Water Rower won me over with it’s smoothness, quietness, and simple, elegant design. I can add a monitor later if I want one, but for now I’ve saved enough money on my Water Rower vs the others to buy a Lululemon ‘Mirror’ for other types of workouts.

Delivered the wrong products (wrong high risers) and third-party suppliers like Amazon did not deliver the Waterrower correctly. But LOVE the product as I have now assembled it.
