Can’t say enough about Waterside Wines. I ordered a case of wine but they only had 5 in stock. I had call from Andrew on a Saturday letting me know the only had 5 bottles of the wine I ordered. He recommend a similar wine as a replacement. I received the wine on the following Monday. Great Service and the wine was exactly what I wanted and more. If your looking wonder wines and customer service, waterside wines is the place!

Great experience. Andrew called within an hour of ordering to explain the order would be one bottle short. He popped another Malbec in there to make 12 bottles. Securely packed and great wine. Thanks.

Amazing Service
I was so excited to find a UK company selling a wine I had been searching for since I first tasted it in a hotel early this year.
I was a little nervous as I had never heard of Waterside Wines, but was reassured by the good reviews.
I called to find out if my order would be received before my work place closed for Christmas and received a call back from Andrew who was so helpful and friendly. He reassured me that my order would be received by the following Wednesday, but, as it turned out it was received even earlier.
Thank you so much for wonderful service and I have been enjoying this wine over Christmas! I will be ordering more in the new year!
