Great service, website could be better

Website did not show that item was out of stock, but when I emailed, I received a quick and professional response from customer support. Received the goods two days later. Would have given full stars except the website could have better connection to actual inventory, and inform user when buying, whether item was in stock or not. I would buy here again.

No delivery after 2 months despite payment made

I ordered a produkt for my Grohe toilet in May 2024 and still have not received it. Although customer service did respond to my inquiry, no delivery to date despite the fact that I already paid for the cleaning kit!
