We had a few construction problems, minor but distressing, Ian reacted 30 min after finding out and bent over backwards to resolve our problem....to the extent of visiting us in Victoria FROM NSW and had us back on track in no time.
If only all companies were as helpful. We have 8 beds up and running now and are tickled pink.

Superb in every way. My WaterUps arrived promptly and were efficiently packed in a sturdy carton that was the exact correct size with some perlite and the required fittings. Prior to setting up each WaterUps wicking containter I watched the Youtube video on how. I need not have worried - setting up was a breeze. The Square size WaterUp containers in colour Monumental were perfect for me, Chose to use different soil mixes that were just right in each instance for the plant or plants for each WaterUps container. Since then my rhubarb is doing really well. The strawberries in another WaterUp container have now produced masses of flowers and easily survived a recent heat wave . I am now a total convert to WaterUps because they really work and they look good. The plants are thriving and with less watering required due to the water reservoir available 24/7 - thus giving each plant all that they need. Plus the Waterups in colour Monumental blend into my garden perfectly, and allow the chosen plants to flourish.

The delivery was made in remarkable time and to suit my difficult needs.

I planted several tomato plants at the same time - most in grow bags and 2 in my brand new Waterup planter. Within a few weeks the Waterup plants were looking like a different species- much bigger and healthier- it was quite remarkable. Not to mention how much less water they require. I’m a convert to the incredible value of Waterups products at a time when conserving our precious water is becoming more and more important (we won’t always be in a La Niña weather pattern in the driest continent on Earth).

After seeing my daughter having 6 WaterUp beds and seeing wonderful results, I couldn't wait to purchase the Oasis. Thank you so much Ian for your support when I finally got to relocate my garden bed to replace damaged liner. Can't wait to redo garden for some fresh Asian greens.

Our WaterUps wicking bed has continued to perform well since I have been given the responsibility of managing our office garden beds. I have enjoyed learning about how they work and look forward to seeing how our crop of new plants grows.

I have been using Waterups wicking cells since 2019 when we installed our first wicking beds. We are very happy with how they work and the stress it takes out of watering during hot weather. I fill the beds every 8-10 days, so its deinitely a time saver.
Plantts seem to love it too as they get water when they need it.
I purchased the wicking pots as soon as they came on the market and they are fantastic. Not only does it save on watering but the pots look great. Really good value for money.

We use WaterUps cells in our Plantabox wicking planters and they are great. Simply to install and can be cut to fit.

This is a fantastic system. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to reduce the amount of water they use in the garden and the time they spend watering their garden. My soil is always moist, my plants grow quickly and produce such lush veggies. A winner all round at my place.

Purchased a couple of the planters and wicking cells for my vegetable and fruit trees at home. All products are well made and really good at maintaining soil moisture which is so important in my garden which is north facing and can be very hot and dry. I also like that WaterUps is focused on sustainability in their product development and is supportive of growing the community of school and public gardens.

Growing food and nourishing the family is fun and easy with the Waterups wicking cells in my raised beds.

I have been using the WaterUps wicking system for over 4 years with fantastic results. The company has been very easy to deal with and have always gone over and above to assist with our projects.

Our water up wicking beds we installed in January 2019 have provided us with home grown veggies right through the Covid Lockdown. Once the seedlings roots were established the plants took on a life of their own, all due to the Water up wicking bed design. Great personal service plus a great passion for this environmentally sensitive product was a winning combo.

The service we get from the Waterups team is outstanding. I run a community garden which contains only wicking beds. We are always getting comments on how good our garden looks and I put it down to the wicking beds. Things grow so much better when there is a constant water supply. The team at Waterups are very knowledgeable and so helpful any time we need advice.

The Waterups wicking gardening planters have changed the way I and my friends garden forever.

The self watering planters save a lot of work, money and time in the garden. The planter boxes have been really good because, although there has been a lot of rain in 2021-2022, there are very few weeds in the boxes and any weeds can be easily removed. I have greatly reduced the water I use on my vegetables, I do not pay for a gardener to help me any more and things grow very very well.

Since we started on our wicking bed program at the Murraylands Community Mebn's shed we made the decisioin to use the Water Ups system. We have now completed our construction of 24 large beds at our shed and have commenced another 24 beds for the Murray Bridge High School new development.
We are absolutely happy with the results with our beds which are now all planted up with a range of Summer vegetables, showing great results.
We highly recommend using this system to improve production and save on water. Well done Water Ups

A wonderfully innovative product that works a treat. Not only does it use much less water than other growing systems, but it also means the plants never run out of water and are thus able to grow to their full potential. Great service as well.

Brilliant for plants that need regular water but don't tolerate too much water.

Our garlic crop is outstanding. Very efficient way to water. Follow the very detailed and clear instructions and you can't go wrong.
