Provided, what was in retrospect, an unrealistic selling price then pushed us to reduce the asking price after a couple of months. When we decline the suggest to reduce price further (would have been 30% in total) after a few more months they said they could no longer market the property. I dont think this is even legal. Changed estates agent and sold fairly promptly at the level of the first drop. Lesson - dont trust this waterview.
