I booked, in advance, two 6 seater taxis for collection from Asda, Wembley after a concert at the stadium. This was on the day of industrial action on the railways. Collection was booked for 11pm. I received text confirmation for the two rides.

On leaving the stadium I received a call telling me that my driver (singular) was on his way. I queried this telling them I had booked two. There was no second vehicle, there had been an error by the apparently new controller.

The one cab would also be 1.5 hours late as they had sent him on another job first.

They left 11 exhausted, tired and now stranded people in Wembley with no assistance in alternative travel.

Do not trust this company they will let you down.

They had a contact with my company and have done nothing but let me down. That’s if they can be bothered to even show up.
Do not use this company not worth the risk.

Booked a wheelchair taxi outward trip and return trip. Quote £30 eachway, not so bad had quotes over £50 for a 6 mile trip. Outward trip modern taxi with all the bits and pieces to secure the wheelchair safely facing forward. Nice driver. Return trip poor run down taxi entry through side door, wife had to sit sideways to direction of travel. Nothing whatsoever to secure wheel chair, bit of a bumpy ride. Driver grumpy. Additionally when booking asked if they would take the dog said they would get back if this was a problem they didnt so assumed this was ok. Driver turned up and wouldn't take the dog. More to the point what if the outward driver took the dog and the return driver refused.

Terrible company. Our pre booked taxi didn’t turn up. We pre booked in advance for a taxi from a wedding to our hotel. It didn’t turn up, when we could get in touch with the company they told us 10 mins. Waited for 45 mins in the cold with no communication. It never turned up so we got an Uber. Just don’t waste your time with this company.

Had 2 taxi’s booked for a night out. Both a 7 seater booked for 9PM and 3;30AM. The first taxi came just the 20 minutes late and only had room for 6 people as the driver said we wasn’t allowed to have someone sat in the front despite being allowed previously. The driver then decided to drive as flat out knowing full well that his passengers weren’t secure with one having to sit on the floor. The driver then proceeded to ask for more money than we had been quoted. The second taxi was then booked to pick us up at 3;30. At 3;20 we received a call saying that it wouldn’t arrive till 4. Whilst annoyed we understood that the driver will have been busy. We then proceeded to wait until 4;40 for our taxi. Whilst waiting we made 3 calls to the firm to try a find out where out cab was and was out right lied to all three times being told it would be there in 10 minutes. Once arriving the taxi driver once again drove in a dangerous manor to get us home.

Awful service. Tried to charge us more than the quote, was an hour late to pick us up, rude taxi driver, completely unorganised.

Have used this taxi firm for the last 11 months, most of the time they have been quite reliable however tonight they were absolutely awful !! The driver turned up at the destination rather than the pick up address , I then had to wait 20 minuets for him to turn up at the correct address … which he didn’t ?! He then told me I was waiting at the wrong address.., come on !!! Why do these company’s treat there good customers so badly ?!? I will never use this company again, I’ve spent thousands of £ with this taxi firm but not any more, shame on you for not treating you customers better !!??!!

unprofessional and unreliable. I booked a taxi with this firm which was confirmed by a txt to pick me and my family up from the airport after our holiday and they failed to show and failed to acknowledge a txt confirmation I had from them.
