The period spent with Wati.io has been a complete waste of time.
During the first month, I stayed with them, but those were spent utterly in vain, and not a single message managed to go out due to multiple problems with their system.
Onboarding assistance even through ticketing response might as well not be there because it didn't actually help at all.
Once things were kind of in order, the messaging platform left a lot to be desired for sending any kind of messages, whether it was transactional or marketing.
It’s quite useless as it proved to be nothing but a series of frustrations that did not live up to any promises made in the beginning.
They rejected my refund request until I managed to speak to a higher authority.
Until unless some serious upgrading is done, this tool doesn't make sense in terms of cost or performance.

It's been working really well as it proposes but sometimes a bit limited for what we need (we need several particular features that is not standard in the market).
