Absolutely TERRIBLE

Absolutely TERRIBLE. SCAM. Cheap, badly made plastic shoes from China. Nothing like the items that were advertised. A London-based store would ship within a day. The biggest red flag was when the carrier wasn't easily identifiable. After a few days, I realised they were shipping from China and not a London store. I'm still waiting on one item, but I highly doubt it is made from merino wool... They are not based in London. This is Shein-level rubbish, and they should be taken to court for infringing trading standards. It's fine to have clothes made overseas, but this was advertised as a family-run store in LONDON with closing-down stock. THAT IS A LIE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. You will receive VERY inferior product, unwearable badly made flimsy boots NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the website, the thin laces chucked in the bag with them, the boots aren't even finished properly and there aren't even holes for laces, they went straight in the bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

AVOID THIS SELLER...SCAM ALERT

AVOID THIS SELLER! Just like other reviewers here, I foolishly ordered items from this site, which on arrival
( almost 3 weeks later) bore no resemblance to the online images. Appalling quality, cheap materials and un-wearable, just awful! I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible Product from China

I ordered the Harriet shoes. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did the shoes were just wrapped in a plastic bag, no padding to the shoes so they were squashed and creased. The quality is very poor, they do not look like they will last 5 minutes. I tried to return them only to be told I had to post them to China and it would cost between £20-25!
On Facebook they are called Watson Apparel LONDON - please don't fall for it as I did.

Would be zero if I could

Would be zero if I could. It's a scam selling rubbish goods
Clearing through customs was a warning and the time taken for delivery - at least 2 weeks.
Also the website changed from watsonapparel to watson-apparel, yet another sign.
Like another reviewer, boots nothing like pictures. Plastic sole, crap leather and blues were black with blue laces and plastic soles.
Sure the Facebook / Instagram and said they were unhappy about closing down but had to, boo hoo!

It is a scam company

It is a scam company. I had the order after 2 weeks, which make me understand they are directly from China. I received horrible boots: with very bad smell, vegan and very cheap “leather”. Overall the product is veri different from the photo.

I don’t recommend!

I was sceptical about using this…

I was sceptical about using this company and so pleased I read the other reviews
I was so tempted to buy what looked like a fabulous pair of ankle boots and what seemed to be at a great price as the company claimed they were closing their ‘London’ store
I decided to take one more look at the boots and the ‘website’ has disappeared strange? Think this says it all!

Scam company

Scam company. Avoid. Claim store is closing in London but once you place an order then state the goods come from China. Send you a tracking link for Yun Express that are also a scam carrier and goods status state "in transit" and provide false information. They will not confirm the London address or returns address. Do not use.
