We encountered a few unexpected challenges, including issues with the deeds and a buyer pulling out partway through the process. However, the team at Watson Homes handled everything calmly and efficiently. They kept us informed, reassured us when things felt uncertain, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward.

Selling our home in Cheam through Watson Homes has been a seamless process.
We were really impressed at our first meeting with Sam and the marketing of our property- the video was a nice feature. We had multiple offers- big thanks to Hayley for sealing the final offer!

We recently purchased a property through Watson Homes, and Alison helped us throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and straightforward, and we were able to complete the whole process within just three months. Alison pitched in whenever needed, even outside of office hours, which made a big difference. Overall, it was a great experience with Watson Homes.

Excellent and Professional service from Hayley and the team. Kept me updated on everything and importantly when things got slightly tricky, with matters outside of their control, held those responsible accountable and got things done. Would highly recommend.

We are local to Carshalton and Wallington, as are our families, so between us we have used a number of different local estate agents over the decades. We bought a house in 2025 that was listed with the Carshalton Beeches branch. Whilst dealing with the agents throughout the majority of the buying process was broadly fine, we were left disappointed having been misled by the agents on multiple occasions regarding an agreement to remove an area of rubbish at the property. The agents consulted with us twice pre completion to ask us whether we wanted it removed, and once we moved in we saw that instead the area was still there and being treated as a makeshift skip. It transpired that this message wasn’t conveyed to the vendor by the agent (who raised the query with us initially) on either occasion. We did get in touch once we had moved in but were offered no resolutions or support by the branch, despite the clear miscommunication from the agents, with both buyer and vendor being told conflicting information. Unfortunately the agents denied being involved in the conversations with us on the topic, despite us seeing an email from the vendor that claimed the agents told the vendor that we had said we wanted the area left as is (as opposed to removed). The lack of aftercare and support, in terms of the lack of a proposed resolution, regarding the issue that was specifically agreed between us and the agents has led us to leave a less positive review than we would have preferred to.

Watson Homes - Great Job Well Done.
We put our house on the market in April ‘25 and via a very successful open day we had 15 viewings and received 4 offers, over asking price. We chose the second best price due to a better chain and all was going very well. Our buyer turned out to be extremely difficult but WH helped us navigate successfully through this with an end result of completion date 10 weeks later, at end of June. Chloe and the team worked tirelessly to achieve this. I would highly recommend their service.

Great experience thanks to a great team. Chloe and Hayley were the bee’s knees through my somewhat chaotic selling process. They’re both very human with a sense of humour.
