The actual appointment took place a little later than we originally expected, but we understand that coordinating a suitable date between all parties can take time.

The application process itself was very straightforward and easy to complete via their website - simply enter your details along with the seller’s/estate agent’s information, and everything was clear from there. Communication was professional and the process felt smooth overall.

We have received our report 1 week later from the survey appointment which is very reasonable. The report contained all the needed details with photos.

The report, once received, was good and comprehensive however, the booking process was very long and complicated and the online portal isn’t well presented. I was also promised to receive my report on a specific day which did not happen. I had to chase twice before report was sent.

Survey was conducted on time. Report from survey was produced on the next working day. Survey was very detailed. Highlighted faults from urgent to things requiring action that needed to be completed. Easy to follow with photos to illustrate problems.

Used both email and e-platform to communicate with us. Quick turnaround time. Survey report (level 2) was available in one day after the survey was done.

I needed a valuation for CGT purposes. Found Watson's on a search and filled out the online form. From there, they have been spot on. Had a call back within 30 minutes to discuss the needs, pricing, and arrangements. The online payment and portal they use provides excellent detail on where we're at in the process. Everybody I spoke to was excellent and the surveyor who came round was friendly and professional, and I received my report within 3 working days. Overall I cannot complain and highly recommend.
