Poor customer service

I called today for some help on the Spa we bought from Watsons. I tried to ask how I could drop the temp to 85 degrees. I tried to explain 3 times what was happening. The lady kept talking over me. I finally had to hang up.

GHreat job, above and beyond.

Justin and Josh and a third person who may have been the crew chief, all did an outstanding job removing and hauling away our old beast Jacuzzi hot tub. They went above and beyond on a hot day and the old spa was in a difficult place to remove. I was very impressed with their thinking on the fly. Placing the new hot tub was a no-brainer, by comparison. Great job guys.

Watson Spa Service

Had Ryan M out to fix our Jacuzzi hot tub and he did a fantastic job. Explained what the issue was, told us what the fix required and made the repair and ensured everything was in working order before he left.

If you are considering buying a pool…

If you are considering buying a pool and have no knowledge about pools, find someone who does. I love my pool but this has been the most stressful adventure I have experienced in a long time. I still have no ladder installed which I assumed Watsons would do. Watsons job apparently is to dump the pool and have the installer set it up and that’s it. No explanation of how anything works. No guidance whatsoever. Be careful of what you don’t know you don’t know.

You guys are a bunch of beat artist

You guys are a bunch of beat artist. Call for service on my speakers that were making a scratching noise. Service guy comes out and says the speakers are fine but i do here a little bit of scratching in there. I can order new ones which are still under warranty or just wait and see what happens. Said ok. Then they send me an invoice for a 161.68 which they took right out of my credit card. i called and asked why i was billed being it was still under warranty and the reply was there was nothing wrong. Even though the tech said he heard the noise and asked if I wanted new ones. The co is full of BS. So bottom line is if you call for service make sure there is something really wrong or they will charge you even if you still have a warranty. They suck

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a Viking Spa from here in…

We bought a Viking Spa from here in 2018 then in Sept 2021 was forced to put a new board in for $169.00 service call and $700.00 mother board. They never mentioned I still had any warranty and no discounts were given. Then March I noticed when getting in that the heat wasn’t working and now i haf my number 1 pump not working either. Watsons service rep came out April 10th and arrived late. After he looked at the hot tub he told me on camera of my Ring camera that he installed the mother board wrong and shorted out the heater and pump so I would not be charged for the visist not the replacement of the parts he burned up. I am super happy at this point then I call about it a few days latet and the Service department noe says they did not charge us for the service call in Sept and wr needed to pay that before they would do anything further, ao we pay that and now they say we have to pay for those parts the service guy told us he thought he screwed up with the install and they even admitted to me he said that he thought he did cause the damage but now wasn’t 100% sure that he did. Needless to say I now have a $9000,00 cold plunge from Watsons that doesn’t work. I would never buy anything ever again here! Stay away they do not honor what their service people promise!

When we first bought our hot tub

When we first bought our hot tub, during the pandemic, we had a serious issue, it had a significant leak. We were filling it every hour in winter temps. until we got service. It was a "cold mess" and this problem was on Bullfrog not Watsons, though Watson's service team was stretched at the time, you had to wait so long for service. We were up all night long to keep the tub from running too low. It took a few tries to rectify the situation, BUT WATSONS CAME THROUGH. We got a working tub that we have enjoyed for a while now. Just recently, in the past few weeks-pump one on our hot tub would not start. We called and scheduled service with Watsons. We had to wait a couple of weeks for service, and thank goodness it was not leaking, the heater was working and it was warm, so waiting was not an issue. BUT despite our earlier, rocky journey with Watsons, Justin came out, quickly identified and addressed the issue, and it is up and running again. HOORAY! We have some bad history with WATSONS getting upset with our initial issues back during the pandemic and have a little PTSD as a result lol, BUT DESPITE ALL OF THOSE EARLY UPSETS-Justin was COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT during is service call. His years of experience show. Fixing hot tubs comes natural and I am sure that if the job just entailed being a hot tub doctor it would be easy, but there is likely all of the unhappy customers you are dealing with! That takes patience. We were happy with the service approach and thankfully it was an immediate fix, which we did not expect. The service people do great work! I think it is important to talk about the good times with the bad times. GREAT WORK!

They sell pieces of crap

They sell pieces of crap! I purchased an Elegance above ground pool at the Watson's in St Peters and it is total garbage. I will never buy anything from Watson's again. I recommend you stay far away from Watson's pool store.
