I recently purchased the Wattle & Wombat kitchen utensils set as I’m phasing out the use of plastic in my kitchen. Upon unpacking I noticed that one groove of the pasta spoon had sadly broken off during shipment.

Since reaching out to Wattle & Wombat I have encountered super courteous, speedy and hazzle-free Customer Service interactions with Olly who immediately offered to send a replacement pasta spoon. She kept me informed about its dispatch and its Australia Post tracking number.

A great company name, great products and a great human being behind this Australian family business - all important aspects in a world where the human touch gets often lost in an automated and digitised world.

Wattle&Wombat are a great company to buy from. I bought their teak utensil set and it was amazing! One of the utensil came delivered damaged and when I reached out about it they were super quick to help me and replace my item. Their team are excellent people and easy to work with. Also love the sales they put on!

I recently ordered the beautiful utensil set When unpacking I noticed the ladle had a small chip. I reached out to the team and they immediately advised they would send a new replacement. The new one arrived today prefect🙌 customer service was amazing and love the product.

So odd that every single review was written in the past two months and all those reviewing and giving five stars have only ever written on review for trust pilot. Smells fishier than the Sydney fish markets on a 42 degree day.

My kitchen set of teak utensils are absolutely stunning.
I'm determined to use them but just admiring them for now is enough. They look so good in my kitchen. Easy to purchase and 5-star service from Olly and Nat.

I've been concerned for years about using plastic boards and utensils for cooking and when I came across Wattle & Wombat products I finally took the plunge. I purchased the utensils and set of 3 chopping boards. I received my order very quickly, the utensils were perfect but there was an issue with the quality of my boards.
One email, 10 minutes and I had a reply, all sorted, full set of replacement boards were sent out and received within a few days.
Absolutely beautiful boards and utensils, and fantastic customer service which is just unheard of in recent years.

Best purchase ever and they look great on my bench.

I was unsure swapping to all wood but I must say these products are fantastic. I love the fact they are an independent business and passionate about their products. We bought all the utensils but will add the chopping board to our set! Once again, a great product and I’m extremely happy with them.

I am so thrilled with this gorgeous set of fine crafted utensils. I've been looking to upgrade my sad little mismatched utensil drawer and have had my eye on this set for months. Seeing the quality in every ad and checking the reviews, I hoped I had stumbled onto a good looking set.
They are packaged well and wrapped in tissue paper, beautiful to look at, serve their purpose well, carved to perfection and feel comfortable to use. I am so impressed with each of these tools and the spatulas have such a beautiful fine edge for easy lifting and stirring. Even the noodle spoon spreads noodles perfectly without creating a bunched up knot like my plastic one always did. The quality speaks for itself and I am so thankful to Wattle & Wombat for helping me make the right decision. I've had a very positive shopping experience and my comments and reviews are quickly responded to. I love my pack of 9 ❤️

I've been keen to reduce plastic use in our lives, so have been keeping an eye on utensil alternatives.
I chose Wattle&Wombat because they were reasonably priced, looked great, and had great reviews.
I received my order quickly, and decided I couldn't wait to use them (I'd intended keeping them new until we moved to a new home in a few months.)
I've been really happy with them! Hubby was sceptical about how good the egg slice would be, but has been pleasantly surprised.
Food is not sticking, they're very light and comfortable to use, and they're easy to clean.
Very happy customer!!

I’m so glad I chose to buy the wooden utensils from Wattle & Wombat over other cheaper ones, as the quality is incredible, but more importantly, the customer service has been brilliant, quick and friendly.
I provided feedback on something and I received a friendly reply within 15 minutes and had my answer and the issue resolved in that time.
Yes you can get cheaper versions, but, the ability to speak with someone in Australia and the quality of the utensils is not comparable with the cheaper ones.
Recommend you give Wattle & Wombat a go.

I bought the complete set of cooking utensils. They are just so beautifully made and good sizes. I just love the natural wood.totally recommend this set if anyone is looking to replace the plastic in their kitchen but even to just have beautiful utensils in their kitchen.

Spoke to Olly from Wattle and wombat, one of my utensils were damaged. Service was excellent my utensils were replaced without a problem . The quality of my utensils are amazing the service again I will mention is excellent

Absolutely love our kitchen set . It looks and feels lovely and the smell of smokey wood is so nice. Will definitely get more things down the track .

I found the online site easy to navigate and the advert and the actual product look as they should. The delivery was also very prompt.
The utensils look and feel great and are also nice to use. I also like the cleaning care card which also came with the products.
