I was very happy to use Watts 1858.
They were friendly and professional and the service was lightning fast.

I bought two thomas sabo items in the sale at greatly reduced prices. The items arrived within 48 hours and I received a telephone call informing me that they had been dispatched. I am extremely pleased with their overall service.

I purchased a thomas sabo item which was a really good price and arrived very quick! When I opened the thomas sabo box I was a little dissappointed as the charm was just lying in this huge box not wrapped in tissue or anything? I rang watts straight away as this was for a gift...they advised this is how the thomas sabo jewellery arrives! I therefore then went to my sister in laws 50th with the gift only to be totally embarrased as the rest of the family had also bought her t sabo jewellery and they were all wrapped in a proper box with a pouch inside with the charm in a bag...a much better presentation!!! You can imagine how embarrassed I was! I feel watts need to make sure the items are wrapped in the correct packaging...presentation is so important!! not sure I would purchase from them again especially when I had rung them about how it was presented!!

I ordered a watch online but there were a couple of aspects about it which made it unsuitable for my needs. Watts understood my reservations and took the watch back and made full refund. Of course, I took the greatest care of the watch while I had it but I am very impressed by the service provided and their desire for me to be happy with my purchase. A lesson for me is to fully research a watch - trying to see through the manufacturer's hype - before buying.
