Great friendly service from a professional and knowledgeable team, with a fabulous selection of wines

I've been a member of the Waud Wine Club for around 10 years. The quarterly selections are excellent - in 10 years we've rarely tasted something we didn't like and it has introduced us to some stellar wines, often from smaller producers in well known areas. Whilst we still come back to old favourites there are always new and interesting wines to try. We've been on a couple of great wine tours with the Club. The service is good and Charles and his team always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would thoroughly recommend membership of the Waud Wine Club.

Charles and team are incredibly helpful and always have really interesting recommendations for, delicious, interesting, great-value wines.

I ordered a specific excellent French wine. What was delivered was something completely different, a cheaper Spanish wine with a totally different name.
So I couldn't serve it at a planned dinner party and had to wait days for the wine to be replaced by the original order.
Not a good service.

A personal recommendation from Charles Waud who knew my favoured wine was Rioja influenced my decision to buy several cases of this wine. I wasn’t disappointed! The fact that Charles remembered my style of wine in itself was impressive. The wine was exactly as he described and was lovely. Easy to buy and the delivery was prompt and pain free.

Hard to find wines at good prices.

Great wine club, love the range of wines available and use them for corporate gifts as well. Enjoy the 'extras' i.e. wine tours and information booklets about the regions. Always a super personal service and fast delivery.
