Company managed to change our experience!
We were originally not happy with the product due to it not being what we expected from their website. When we went on to complain, the website was down and we couldn’t send messaged via fb. We panicked thinking this was a dodgy company. However since this date the company have contacted us and offered a full refund which we have accepted. Mike at the company has explained that the website is down due to new features for future purchases. We will buy from them again after the communications we have received from them.

This ended up being an engagement gift, did some recon and found out the couples favourite song. I was able to choose the design/style/background/size/frame and was able to add a message as well which made it customisable and personal.
The package came quickly (considering the distance between the UK and AUST) and arrived securely with no damage.

The soundwave art of the song is As It Was, by Harry Styles.
The soundwave art of the song is beautiful and so very meaningful to us. The song "As it Was" by Harry Styles was sung to our daughter in the hospital by a music theripist. Our 17 year old daughter passed away a few days after. Even though she was in a coma at the time, we know she heard it and her spirit is able to control the radio and spotify at times to play this song unexpectedly for us now to show she is with us. This was a gift for my wife for christmas and it hangs in our house with so much love. It was even shaded in purple, our daughters favorite color. Thank you.
