I'm just coming up to my first year renewal, and I can honestly say that Wavebox is the most important SaaS purchase I make each year. As a freelance, my clients use different systems for email, project management etc.; and Wavebox instantly makes running multiple client workflows simple and seamless. And (unlike some competitors I've used in the past) Wavebox works and is run by a team committed to product excellence. 100% recommended.

Incredibly useful software and great support to back it up! Wavebox is honestly a godsend for my workflows, keeping my studies separate from my other personal stuff and all neatly contained in a single app.
Also a massive thanks to Susan for the quick responses to my emails - she was very helpful
Wavebox is essential to my workflow, allowing me to separate internship work, school, and personal daily workflows. Other apps that are based on electron instead of chromium are slow, memory hogs, and buggy. Love wavebox!

I've been using Wavebox since the early days and it's been central to my development workflow.
Having all my design/development web apps, along with all the productivity apps that I use (and then some!) all in one place has been a godsend. With the flick of a keyboard shortcut, I can jump around all the apps with ease.
With all the customisations and theming support, I've got my setup looking rather splendid too. Although, I now spend more time admiring the look of my apps, rather than actually using them.
I used to be a bit of a desktop app snob, always opting for web apps that offered desktop versions. But I've now got to the point where I will prefer web versions of apps - *Just* so I can run within Wavebox.
I have tried a multitude of similar apps in the past, but Wavebox always beats them hands down, especially since the introduction of Profiles, allowing you to split off groups of apps into a new window (I currently have one window for all the main development/productivity work and another for communications (Slack, MS Teams, Gmail, etc).
Wavebox is in constant development too, with active customer support, who always listen to your feedback! I do profess to becoming ever so giddy when an update notification arrives, it has to be said. :)
All we need now is a split-screen so we can have side by side apps! If they get this in, I will personally fly over to Wales and give them all big hugs (It's okay, I'm vaccinated).

Wavebox is one of a handful of apps that I really consider essential to my workflow. I don't use it as my main web browser, but rather as sort of a central dashboard for all my most commonly used sites - Gmail, Slack, Asana, etc. It would be hard now to go back to having to run each one as a separate app (plus, many don't even have apps for Linux), or as tabs in my web browser.

A fantastic way to browse the web and organise your regular tabs and apps. Amazing support from a very active team.

I was drawn to Wavebox for its central window housing all of my work and personal web apps and notification capabilities.
Now it's my default browser, due to game-changing features like cookie containers, usability-focussed features like global search and adding entire windows of tabs to new tab dashboards, memory management features like sleeping tabs/apps and Navigator... And underneath it all, it's Chromium, so it's compatible with all my apps, websites and extensions.
I used to say that Wavebox was a great work browser, but it goes well beyond that. It's simply a great browser for everything.
Now if only I could convince some workmates to hop on board to give the collaborative features of Connect a decent run...

As a Virtual Assistant, Wavebox is wonderful for keeping all my clients separate and organized.

Wavebox is amazing. I use it for my often used sites as well as various chat/email platforms. I'm using it more and more every day as my regular browser.

We all use so many software, platforms, apps...Having all of them neatly organized in a SINGLE app is much better. I know, you might say "I can simply bookmark my web apps and use them inside my browsers, what's the difference?". There are so many!
1) Evertything in one place --> I simply LOVE having all of my apps in the very same place. No more mixing browsing websites for research and apps!
2) Sleeping apps! --> You can "sleep" groups of apps with a single clic, thus freeing up a lot of ram memory. I do not use ALL the 40 apps I added to wavebox on a daily basis. So I can let them "sleep" and only activate them when I need them
3) Extensions and RAM --> If you are like me and you need a lot of different extensions to do your research and benchmarking and browsing...you know that EACH website adds up some RAM memory. So having a DIFFERENT program with only the essential Chrome extensions means you are not loading your web-developing extension code on...Gmail interface :) That means a lot of free memory, for free :)
And the list goes on and on!

Wavebox is amazing. I was struggling to find a way to view all my programs without having a mess of million windows open, and this is the perfect solution. I personally use it for Airtable, Milanote, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, and Google Calendar.
Wavebox also have great customer service with timely response to emails. I highly recommend them!

They always get back to you promptly, are very knowledgeable, and willing to work with you even if your trouble isn't officially supported, such as running it on a ChromeBook.

I've been using Wavebox since it's earliest days. It's the best product in its line of work. I firmly believe that. Phenomenal customer support as well. Kudos to Susan for being on top of it.

Have been using wavebox over a year. Really enjoy managing all of the communication and entertainment tools at work. I put personal chats into one grouping, and can set those to "sleep" if I need to focus. Great tool.

I consider Wavebox a productivity superpower. I primarily work on Google's suite of products for work and my two personal accounts.
Being a manager means running a jungle of tools from Office software to list management software and everything in between.
The challenge that I faced was my work was distributed, not just in different tools but also in multiple accounts. The impact was accessing any piece of information means I had to carry out at least three steps.
1.Identify the application that I needed to
2.Ensure I was on the correct account
3.Navigate to the right document/tool
Sometimes I'd find myself in situations where maybe the account signed off, which changed the URL. So bookmarking didn't do much for me.
Wavebox solves this problem elegantly. Not only do I have all my apps in an easy-to-access panel. I can have different applications signed into other accounts and neatly separated.
Further, I can execute a search across all my accounts, which has been indeed a game-changer for my productivity. I would say I have gotten to a point where I genuinely enjoy my work.
Now my choice tools are no longer a hindrance towards me producing value, both for my organization, for my family, and for everyone else who depends on me.
Thank you to the team @wavebox

I have been using Wavebox for 2 years now and I can say that it's the best All-in-one app.
The customization is very nice to fit my daily work.
And with the number of supported apps I can add everthing I need.
My productivity has been greatly improved.
The application is often updated and the technical support is very responsive.
One more thing the amount of RAM used is far more contained than with all the separate apps.
This App is Awesome !

I've used Wavebox for the last year or so and have found it to be excellent. I mainly use it to collect together the various services (Outlook web app, Calendar, To Do, etc) that I use for work. I find it really helpful to have them all together in one place, and it also allows me to keep my main browser free of lots of tabs that I'd otherwise have open there. By using Wavebox for work accounts, I can also close Wavebox when I've finished working and not see those accounts until I want to, which is good for putting some boundaries around when I look at work-related emails etc. A further advantage is that for some reason I can never get Outlook web app notifications to work properly in Chrome or Edge, but they work perfectly in Wavebox. On the couple of occasions when I've reached out to Wavebox for support, I've found them to be very helpful and responsive. Overall, strongly recommended.

I'm a psychologist with multiple client contracts ranging from Olympic teams to my own sleep clinic. Each client contract uses a different platform (slack, multiple organisations using ms teams, gmail, whatsapp) and I use my own practice management software. Wavebox simplifies my life by enabling me to put each client and all their apps into different 'profiles' and to be honest, I'd just get lost with all my different comms channels if it wasn't for Wavebox. Well worth the investment!

Work. Life. Balance. ... Mostly due to Wavebox. The remaining part is due to my puppy keeping me sane. Susan and the team at Wavebox have truly outdone themselves - and clearly not done yet! I have been using Wavebox for just a few months and it has changed my life and the effectiveness of my working with my multiple clients. By using Wavebox my response time with tasks and communication has increased by 50% finding myself with a tad bit of extra time to find more tools and features to allow my clients (and me) to have more Work.Life.Balance. I like it so much, I reached out to my coworkers, did a demo, and now several of them are signing up. It is now a staple ad in my companies monthly newsletter to make sure everyone knows about this time-saving tool. and they keep adding features! Wavebox is GREAT!
