I called after the purchase and installation of my unit, regarding I the model that I purchased and the newer model that was being sent to me in email updates and also with questions regarding the operation of my unit and no-one got back to me. I feel as though I was sold an older model.

Put a unit in my basement and results are just ok . Thought things would be much better . And their customer service support to get a call back is too understaffed when it takes a week to get technical help on a unit .

The sales guy promises the moon and fails to deliver. Sounds like half snake, half used car salesman. When sending email correspondence he only answers some question and seems to have problems communicating.

After the sell, you'll get no response until you open a card dispute. Then, they demand pictures proving their ideal install. They will make you jump through fiery hopes to return the item and then will charge you a restocking fee.

This device, just so you are aware, is a very large PC style fan in a large empty box. Weighs ~1 pound. All it will do is provide some ventilation. You can buy a much more powerful squirrel cage fan for 10% of the cost. They claim it will take multiples SEASONS for humidity to go down. Does nothing but push air (A very small amount). If you're outside humidity is high (making the interior humidity too high) this will not dehumidify.

Told this con artist my outside humidity is higher than inside, but still promised it would work. When trying to do a return you get routed to another company - because they are only white labeling the use of this product. I use this word sparingly, but it's a brilliant scam. You've been warned.

I am so glad we purchased the wave solution for our basement. Our basement is much drier and the air is so much improved in the whole house. My sinus problems have cleared up since unit was installed. So glad we had this installed. We had to run two dehumidifiers all year around before. Thanks for a great product!

We still have some problems with lime residue, but it is much better. Our water is much softer. Thank you.

Great product and easy to install. Follow the instructions installing all cut off ball valves so you can bypass the system. Installed for only 3 days and can already tell a huge difference taking a shower no spell and skin is itch feel.

No water pressure drop at all.

It's been about 4 weeks since I placed my order and still do not know when I will receive it. What makes it worse is I've already been billed!

Poor customer interaction; once the saleswoman sold a product to me she could not be bothered to reply to emails i sent. I would not recommend this company to anyone

This product does what they promised it would

I ordered the water descaler and am a single female, so I had to install it myself. I did put it on the pipes as instructed and did this in the matter of 10 minutes. That was with reading, testing the plugs and installation of devise. So much nicer than lugging the bags of salt down the stairs and getting them in the tank. I check it frequently to make sure the lights are lit up correctly.
If you have a problem with unit then you call the company, tell them the behavior of the lights and with that they can determine the issue. If your unit is bad, you have a new one within the week. Return the old one and no further problems with your water. Easiest return I've ever had returning something with electrical. Super nice to deal with, and the water is SOFT! I have bubbles again!!

I haven't installed the smart descaler yet, but the customer service I received in ordering it was excellent... delivery on time... and the product was shipped to me in perfect condition... thank you.
