Was very happy with the installer.

Our unit did help improve the dampness in our basement, but it is still running non-stop since It was installed 3 weeks ago.

I could have benefitted from a knowledgeable sales rep assessing my home prior to purchase. Independent installer ok

love the unit. i will be purchasing one for my mother in laws home also.

Purchased at year end 2013, received unit in early January. Never heard from the company again, after completing the sale. No follow up at all.

At that time there was very little information available about the installation requirements. Was very surprised when pulled from box the instructions. Very surprised with the large 6" diameter vent requirement, the distance from basement entry and basement equipment requirements, the large grille requirement for the basement door, and vent grille requirement for basement walls.

Selected area installer never contacted me, after several contact attempts finally got through. Never heard from the installer again. Finally installed the unit myself.

Appears to be working and accomplishing the goal of removing the damp smell and feel of the basement, two weeks in.

The product is a good one. There could be a better introduction given as far as the operation is concerned,. I found the local installation personnel to be thoughtful and cooperative.

Works well to reduce humidity and basementy smells. Instalation was done well by recommended contractor and at reaonable price. I have not seen a special price offers on other products from WAVE company since purchased item was installed, so i'm saying followup was not as I expected after the sale. I might of been interested in the larger unit for use in the fulll basement portion of our home, but have since installed a SMART VENT there and was installed by my self.

Since installing the Humidex, our basement has been much cleaner and does not feel moldy as it once did. While still, once in a while, there's some humid air there, the machine seems to take care of it.
I've had the Humidex for several years and have recommended it to others.

We Love it, no more dumping out the water, no more musty smell in basement, basement is also cooler now. We have been telling are friends about the Wave for over a year. This is no bull, we are happy to add our two cents, just get it and find out for yourselfl

We installed a Wave Home Solution last year and the difference was immediate. Gone was the damp, musty smell. The wall stains have disappeared and the electricity use is a fraction of that of a dehumidifier. This unit has exceeded all our expectations. The added bonus is it's not too complicated to install.

Great product that actually works

I h ave had the Wave solution in my home for over 10 years. The Wave solved the dampness problem in my basement. Also after 10 years the fan motor failed. I called the company and they replaced the motor under warranty free of charge. The company is very reliable and great to work with.

Your Salesman on Long Island kept bugging me until I decided to buy a unit. The only redeeming thing about the unit was how easy it was to install. I was told it would take away the humidity, musty smell and radon gas. I followed all the instructions everything from keeping the basement door open to keeping it 3 inches off the floor and this was the results. Humidity did not go away. The musty smell did not go away and the radon level did not change. By-the-way I have a high radon level which I was told would also go away but did not. I had trouble keeping the fan running at a higher level than it should have. The thing has a mind of its own. I was in contact with Canada several times and it still didn't work. Shortly after I installed it I had several major operations and that is why I didn't send it back, I physically couldn't disassemble and pack it up. I was really mad that you sold me a pig in a poke that does not work. Thank God I didn't get rid of my dehumidifier. I hooked it up again and it seemed to help a little. I could not recommend a Wave unit to anyone, it was a total waste of my money.

professional grade equipment works great

A crawl space extends under our entire house. The Wave system maintains a satisfactory humidity level under most weather conditions. I consider the Wave system to be a worthy application.

I have a very tightly sealed unfinished basement in a high efficiency home. However, I still had moisture that needed to be vented. My Wave Home Solutions Unit was professionally installed about 18 months ago (about $250) by a Wave's recommend local installer. My humidity problem it totally gone. The unit operates 24x7 , is quiet , and does the job, Should the fan ever need replacement, it looks like a standard stock unit that can be easily installed. All I can say is that the design is simple, and it continues to work for me.

I live in Minnesota, with very cold winters....our home is situated on very moist ground, and in previous years when the temps were below zero ALL of our windows would steam up, and it was impossible to see out unless we wiped them down.....after installing WAVE, the problem disappeared immediately. We are delighted with the Wave Unit

Before the wave we had condensation on the inside of our outer door and mildew starting to form on our walls. We have not experienced these problems since purchasing the wave. The difference was incredible. I had a question about the installation and the tech support was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

We have noticed that sometimes we still have a musty smell in our downstairs family room where our Wave machine is. This is perplexing as we were told that would never happen once the unit was installed. We have had it for over a year now

The Wave unit has done a good job. In the summer I have found that I have trouble with humidity in one area of the basement. I still use a dehumidifier in that room. I have no trouble in the winter, the
wave unit helps keep the moisture off my off the windows.
