Don’t fall for yet another Chinese scam company. The cube is big and plastic, the motor is noisy and the “soothing wave” is slow, bland and dull. It’s awful.

And then the customer service you don’t get. No reply to online messages or emails asking for a return. Had to get my bank to get my money back. Avoid like COVID.

As soon as I opened it plugged it in it flashed once and then did not turn on ever again, tried contact the company with six emails still no response. It has been weeks.. I recommend everybody to not go near this company pathetic pieces of shit. Just steal your money.

Only giving it a 1 because I can’t give it a zero. 7 days warranty on their website??? Product was $80 and stopped working after 6 months. No response from the website or emails following up. Disgusting. You can get the product for 1/4 price on Amazon. Don’t waste your money.

Never received my order. Tried contacting several times with no response. Do not waste your money.

Do not purchase from them. I have made three requests for return or exchange as one of the two cube lamps does not work and creates a loud whining sound. No response at all. This was a gift. I will report to credit card company as next steps.

I purchased the Waveqube a few months ago. Upon turning it on I found it to be very noisy and the visual effects not to be the same quality as show on the website. I contacted the company on several occ but never rec a reply.

Lamp is extremely noisy, so I requested a return multiple times and was ignored like most people here. Avoid at all costs.

Was working perfectly for a couple of months and then it suddenly stopped turning on. Contacted the company, no answer. It’s very expensive for such short lifespan…

Sadly, like everyone else on here, my product arrived broken and the company have ignored my multiple emails and messages on Instagram. As well as being broken and unusable, the product looks and feels really cheap and bad quality. Complete scam company. Avoid!

Wish I'd done some research before buying, I'm having exactly the same issues as everyone else on here. Product arrived and there's a disc falling around inside, it's what creates the light moving motions. The company won't respond to any emails or messages regardless of how many times you try. Contacted Paypal to attempt a refund.

If I could give a 0 i would. Product arrived faulty. I have emailed them 5 times about it with no reply. I contacted them via instagram once to follow up to make sure they received my emails and they have blocked me. Seems like a total scam and unfortunately doesn't look like I will be getting my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY. I wanted to purchase from the O.G company to support the business and unfortunately it was the worst decision.

Dodgy cheap materials from China. Item arrived with the light loose and rattling around inside and wouldn't turn on. Total waste of money don't even bother. I've emailed them to get a refund but I imagine I'll have to do a chargeback

Product shipped from China, is it even ligit and original? Packaging was not protective enough, some internal parts come in fallen and there’s now way to fix it because the light shade is sealed with glue. Emailed the cs three times still no response, don’t waste your money!
