Im no pro mxng/mstrng yet I've got sometgn to tell ya..

Im no pro mixing/mastering yet I've got somthng to tell!As I have to do mixing/mastering quite often. Guessing based on the low level of experience in commercial mixing/mastering is a bad idea for me. I tried and usually ended with ditching my audio work. Now, when I have Waves I do a lot in no time as using plugins helps me dearly on getting best sound profiling on the tracks and final mixes with honestly everything like gaining, compressing, eq-ing, effecting and many more.

I am so satisfied also with the prompt and fast fixing advice by Waves suport guys online. In no time poiting me into the issue and the tool to solve it when had lack of understanding on how to register recent plugin license. Dev, thanks a million!

Skip the Bot, the Human Fixes Everything

I initially came in hot, ready to request a refund because my plugins weren’t compatible with my new M4 Pro Mac Studio. The AI chatbot was frustrating at first, but once I asked to be connected to a human, everything changed.

Khuush walked me through the process, sent a link to the updated plugins, and explained each step clearly. The setup was straightforward, and I was fully up and running in under 12 minutes.

Pro tip: as soon as you hit the chatbot, ask for a human. You can thank me later.

I brought software from waves audio and…

I brought software from waves audio and it's my very last time because when I had problems with installing it on my computer they seem to have an attitude when I ask them for help a 29 dollar lost but I will never do business with them again

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. I had working plugins I was told by their customer service team to carry out a clean out on my waves central app once I did my plugins stopped working and to make matters worse my plugin licenses downgraded on their app. They offered no help and no resolution at all. They told me that’s how it was before and left my plugins inactive.

Excellence service I had a slight problem with my purchase which was my fault and they promptly sorted this out and gave me all the information I needed to rectify this. excellent service and excellent products. Thank you Khussh

They take your money then send you to their slow email support

Waves plugins that I paid a lot of money for suddenly stopped working on my Windows machine. It looks like either a Microsoft update or a Waves update broke them. So I bought a new MacBook just to be able to keep using my software. After installing everything, Waves Central informed me that my plugins are no longer supported on this system. I had to buy new versions of all my plugins.
Then, after installing the new versions, I discovered that I can’t activate my licenses on my USB key because Waves Central doesn’t recognize USB devices on macOS the same way it does on Windows. They told me to contact support, but their support isn’t live — it’s email-only, and every question takes about a day to get a single step closer to a solution.
If you’re new to audio production, avoid this money‑grabbing machine at all costs. There are other plugin companies out there that aren’t as ruthless as Waves.com.
