I too was duped by this company thr phone has a constant busy signal and they don’t answer emails.i was sent the wrong items with no shipping paperwork inside. My bank has disputed and their merchant has told me to send bank to Brampton Canada which will cost me $29.40 BUYER BEWARE,,, I am going to contact TOP CLASS ACTIONS lawsuits on them.

I do not recommend this company. They are not a real company. They fill orders with products bought from china. Although they brand themselves like they are a company constantly creating new swim lines, they are nothing close. When you place your order you will be told shipping lead time is under 7 days. After the payment processes you will get an email saying to wait up to 21 days for the order to arrive (because it has to come from china) . I do not support this product and will never purchase again.

Total con. Orders are shipped from China and take six weeks to arrive - if order ever is delivered. Even PayPal cannot protect you because Waves and Trunks provides fake delivery confirmation from China Post in Chinese. Never order from. Fraudulent business should be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered two swim trunks in large and they shipped one xxxl and one 2 xl and they weren’t even the style I ordered. Their phone number is fake and does not work. I sent 6 emails. No response. Had to dispute with my credit card company. Never again. WARNING!!!!

I can kick myself in the Ash and pull out my finger nails for FAILING to read these reviews BEFORE shopping this company...This company is a scam. They charge your card and use a slow boat AND mule pulled wagon from where ever they are located (CHINA / CANADA?) to the USA. Ordered on Sep. 02, 2021. It is now Sep 18th, and NOTHING Received ...Never again, I swear

The company shipped me a completely incorrect order. I tried multiple times to contact and finally failed a claim with Paypal. They eventually agreed to a full refund if I would ship them back. I went to do so and was floored when it cost $45 (33% of my total purchase price) to ship it back to Canada. Will never order from them again.

I waited 2 months for a 5 1/2 " inseam shorts. Then the wrong shorts arrived. I wrote an email to find out how to return the items and be credited, and reorder the correct shorts. I have gotten no response. I have tried calling innumerable times with only getting an busy signal. This is an AWEFUL COMPANY!

I ordered a pair of briefs and a pair of trunks on Aug 14. The order actually arrived on Aug 25 in Vancouver, Canada to my surprise, after reading all the horrifying reviews. Despite the claim it is shipped from the US, the tracking shows it came from China via Yunexpress.

The swimming brief's quality is just okay, but the trunks are actually not bad. Yet to wear them in water.

Tried cancelling after reading the reviews here but the email received no response. Glad the order actually arrived... almost had to dispute the credit charges. I will think twice about ordering again however, knowing that there will be no follow-up customer service.

I purchased 2 pairs of shorts. Took them 3 months to deliver. They sent the wrong item and the wrong size. I have tried repeatedly to contact them. No response. I can only conclude it is a sham.

I ordered 2 pair of shorts for my husband. I had to wait over a month to get them. They did not send what I ordered. They sent a different brand, different style. I have asked for a return label 3 times. No answer. I have tried to call them numerous times. The line is always busy.

I’m not even a customer yet and so far just by reading the reviews I’m giving up on them.
I decided to google their name first because as all of you are describing, I had tried to call their phone line for a couple of days just to ask a question and it really gives you a busy signal. What I didn’t know was that this has been going on for a while. Also, I shoot them an email and nothing yet.

Does anyone know any places that sells speedos with padding? That protection in front that won’t live your MR happy so obvious?

The pictures don't match the product. Buyer beware! Wrong color, wrong style, incorrect information... in short, a disaster of a company. I tried to return my shorts because of these issues but my communications disappeared into a black hole. No response whatsoever I wish I'd read these other reviews before buying. These people are crooks!

Not a reliable company. They sent me an item that I did not order, they will not answer email, and their phone has a 24 hour busy signal. I will not purchase another thing from them.

Same experience as others. Sent wrong size and inside of package crawling with ants. Phone line to customer service just a busy signal and customer svc email does not respond. Website looks more legit than most of these dreadful scammers, but buyer beware. I filed a claim with my credit card company.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. After seeing I wouldn’t get the trunks in time for my trip I emailed them right away, with no response. I tried a few more times and still the same thing. So I tried calling. A day and a half later still just says busy, so I’m now disputing the charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…their a SCAM!!!!!!

Wrong size. Wont answer emails or phone, online sale sites got me again.

Received my order. However, item was too big, looking for a refund. They will not respond to emails nor can you even get through on the phone. Very disappointed!! I will NEVER order from them again.

I've had a similar experience to most of the reviewers. I was lucky enough to receive my order. I suspect it was sent quickly because I disputed the order through Paypal. However, they do not respond to their customer service email or phone number - which clicks and then gives a busy signal, indicating it does not work.

Don't purchase anything from this company, as you will not receive the merchandise. I ordered a pair of shorts for my husband 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I've emailed and gotten no response. If you call you'll only get a busy signal - At this point I just want a refund of my money, and say good bye to the site.

Well i got my order after 2 months but the size isnt a 3x..i ordered a 3 just to make sure it it looks more like a large and the design is not the same waste of 25 bucks but ill call it a loss n just not order from them again
