Still scamming and never refund anything. Basically just a front for their scam business. New management? Yeah, new manager for the scam business. Go here if you like to lose your money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They lulled me into a false sense of security. Took my money. Said they'd refund me if I gave them my bank details, despite paying on credit card. They lied to me about a refund that never, EVER came and were unbelievable rude over email when I dared to question their practises. DO NOT USE!
Shocking lack of service, as soon as you pay your money they stop all communication. No service, emails and phone calls ignored. Land line no longer connected.
I instructed this team on a recommendation from a friend in BNI (business network international) so thought they would be trustworthy and professional. On initial contact Zarvin was polite and enthusiastic and gave the impression he could not do enough to help me trace someone then serve them with some very important and time limited documents. He followed through with the address search fairly swiftly, however, when it can to actually serving the documents (which originally needed to be done by mid February) it never happened. I have made numerous calls, sent emails and text messages with no confirmation of what he actually did (if anything). I have requested at the very least for my fee to provide me with an affidavit to prove that service was attempted but his small request has not even been answered. Please think twice before trusting him and his team, I was under the impression BNI members were supposed to be trustworthy and professional, this outfit are neither and effectively stole my money.
