I have been a District Leader at the same company for 18 years. I have never witnessed this brand of abuse from an employer towards her staff. I started as District Leader with WTC less than a month ago and already, I have watched Malia Mims, owner of Sisters on wax LLC unlawfully terminate 7 employees. I watched her call a new hire a f'ing retard. It's the most unprofessional, egg shell environment/anxiety inducing situation to find yourself in.

The owner is the only problem. I would hire new staff and they would leave on day 1 because she does not know how to treat customers or employees. She falsified documents with unemployment and I told her I would no longer betray my conscience while she steals from her customers, by altering computer documents. If ever there was a demon possessed woman, It is she! She will step on the little people, lie, cheat and steal to make that extra money. She is now left with 2 employees. DO NOT APPLY HERE. YOU'LL READ THE ENERGY DAY 1. TRUST YOUR INSTINCT ON THAT. I wish I had.

Most trash place. I go to the one in Alexandria, VA. Was going to give this 2 or 3 stars but downgraded to 1 because of the covid experience.

Pros: cute place, relaxing, generally on time and they are nice. Often have nice creams, loofahs, etc. Looks kinda of like a spa.

Cons:

1) very difficult to reschedule, often cannot reschedule on the app. No one ever answers the phone and I often have to leave a message.

2) I signed up for club orange and they did not do a full Brazilian either time I came (what I booked). I called them to see what they could do about it, they wanted me to come back in but I just didn't have time. I eventually spoke to the regional manager who basically said it was my fault for not checking my Brazilian while I was there and it was my fault for not coming back in. So I have to check your work even though you do this all day? Also, I have been getting these for years, never had this issue with EWC.

3) caught covid, called the day of my appointment but they said they would be charging me 50% of the visit for not showing up. Keep in mind, I told them I have a fever and was coughing and they could hear be coughing on the message.

4) receptionist are completely untrained. I got charged $12 when I checked in. No one could tell me what it was for nor could they find it in the system. I remembered that I had an auto tip setting so remembered what it was for

All in all, trash customer service, unempathetic and they want their money even if they don't do the service you paid for. Vote is they are complete trash, please don't waste your time with Club Orange and just go to EWC, they're not perfect but at least they can run a business.

Was there yesterday at the clinic in Budapest. The receptionist was very welcoming but the wax-assistant? did not do a very good job. She said she removed all the hair but when I came home I realized that was not the case, and even not all the wax were removed probably.
On their website they state that the treatment would take 30 min, but it only took them 10. So do not go there unless you want to pay for a half done treatment.
