Worst Web Hosting Company ever.
These guys went mute all of a sudden. My websites expired one by one. For some i paid for renewal but they couldn't renew them and couldn't respond to my tickets at all. I migrated those i could and lost some sites completely.
I sincerely doubt if Waxspace is still in business.
Do yourself a favor and find another host.

I've been almost 4 years with them. Up time is an issue, they're down at least once a month for hours or days. If you have a business, better look somewhere else for hosting. If you don't mind that your website AND EMAIL disappear for days, then it's good value for money. Your choice.

not resolve customer issue i purchase Reseller plan after paid money i see no Script & CMS working and run on Server i contact to Live Support team he asking me soon as possible resolve this issue actually Server Subscription of Cpanel expired so you facing the problem place the ticket to department for this issue Billing department soon as possible renew Server subscription and resolve your issue
but always ask for ticket not issue resolve bad service waste of money
