Hi Mr Crisp, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We’re pleased to hear you received your full refund without issue. I’m sorry if you haven’t seen the correspondence we sent you regarding this issue, perhaps it has fallen into your junk mail folder. To summarise the situation we had a bit of a mistake when uploading the advertisement on our website and the wrong price was listed(£60). The correct price as you mentioned was on our eBay store(£850). I can certainly imagine your disappointment when finding out the tree you ordered had been listed incorrectly and for this we are sincerely sorry. We do have lots of other trees available in various price ranges and a gesture of good will we can offer you a £20 discount of any tree in our store.
Hopefully you’d be willing to try us again and make use of this good will gesture.
