Customer service has always been great
Customer service has always been great! In my orders with way of wade I have had to return twice because I picked the wrong size. Way of wade customer support has always made it a priority to fix the issue to the best of their ability, with quick responses and varying options.

Bought Basketballshoes in March and…
Bought Basketballshoes in March and they broke after moderate use in June. Customer service offered a 10€ discount, then 20€ and at last 30€, for a perfomance shoe worth 140€. European law demands a full refund or a new pair of shoes, so far Way of Wade tries to avoid that.

Great! WOW 808 5 Ultra V2 in Lavender
I ordered the WOW 808 5 Ultra V2 in lavender, and wanted to say how good they were. They were very comfortable and have great cushioning. Overall, I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a nice shoe to use for basketball/volleyball!

Quick shipping - great shoes
The shipping time said 2-3 weeks but I received them in one week. A soon as you touch the shoes, you can tell they are high quality. They felt great on my feet, even though they ended up being one size too large. I am currently going through the refund process which has been quite easy. I will be making a new order for the correct size. Great shoes!

Way of Wade is Awesome
I saw way of wade reviews of their basketball shoes and became curious as Nike/Jordan shoes quality has fallen off. I bought the WOW 10 and 808 5 Ultra V2. Although I did not need the 808 Ultra v2, I was very impressed with the quality of the shoes and just how amazing they felt. Also the buying, shipping, and return process was amazing and Anne from customer service has been especially great with me. I have the Li Ning JB 3 and the WOW 12, and the Way of Wade Boom and Super Boom technology is the best cushioning technology I have ever worn. I genuinely recommend buying shoes and using way of wade.
