Always a great experience. Quality shoes and exceptional customer service

I ordered sneakers from this store and also purchased insurance for my order. It turns out they never delivered the sneakers! And the insurance company is rejecting my claim. I wrote to the store’s customer support, and they said they couldn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone for shopping, and I also wouldn’t recommend buying insurance for your orders. Most likely, they’re involved in fraud together. Don’t buy anything from them!!!

Shopping on the Way of Wade website is really easy. It's very consumer friendly. Every time I have reached out to customer service they always get back to me ASAP.
I ordered the Way of Wade 12 in the "Coming Home" colorway and they are amazing! Thank you Way of Wade.

The shoes are honestly horrible quality and the return policy is a big scam they use to not never refund shoes even if you return them in the asked time and even not worn they will argue to the end and also don’t feel legitimate at all plus the fake reviews everywhere it just giving the ick!

Shoes feel premium. Ordered Wade 808 4 Ultra and love the look. I appreciate the many colorway options for their product line. Items shipped as expected without any issues.

The shoe quality looks and feels great, however, I have a wider foot and it was a little too snug for me. Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful.

Way of Wade has been incredible to work with. My son ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn’t work for him. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a Wade 808 5 Ultra V2 that I bought for my 14-year-old son. After about two months of use, the outsole started coming apart unexpectedly, even though the shoes were only used indoors for basketball, about 8 hours per week on average.

I contacted Way of Wade customer service, but they informed me that the 60-day warranty period had already passed. I explained that this appeared to be a clear product quality issue, not simply a return request, but unfortunately they were not able to offer any solution.

I expected better durability and customer support for a performance basketball shoe at this price point. I do have a picture of the shoe sole but it does not seem to be possible to include here. I was also not able to add a review in their website.

Never buy from this company. Read the return policy carefully. They decide if they will give you your money back only after they get their shoes. It is their sole discretion. And they charge you for all returns.
Unless you absolutely know the size and feel of the shoe before you buy, dont buy from them.

Customer service is responsive and polite! What more could you ask for when dealing with a company. Shoes are well made and comfortable.

Way of Wade sent a defective pair of basketball shoes. The shoes had poor grip. Worn once. Poor customer service, offered $25 refund. My son was slipping all over the court. I asked for a replacement pair, customer service said no and to go buy a spray to make the traction better. NOT helpful! I tried leaving a negative review on Way of Wade site, the company wouldn't allow it.
I contacted Way of Wade again, per their request. The representative reiterated that there was nothing further that the company was going to do to rectify the situation. I have bought many basketball shoes over the years, for my children. This is the worst customer service I have had.

After realizing that I ordered the wrong size I emailed way of Wade about a I return. They replied within a day and I was able to return these shoes and buy new ones in the correct size. The correspondence was clear and polite.

Awesome customer service. I personally asked if I could get my shoes to arrive within 7 days and they were able to expedite it as fast as 6 days. I ordered from Feb 12 and was able to get it on the 18th before my anniversary for my girl.Great communication, solid service, and awesome quality shoes. I’m so thankful for them, my girl was so happy and loves the shoes. Ashley is the best service manager! She went above and beyond!!!

I got my shoes very quickly and in pristine condition I really couldn’t be happier. The material and love into the shoe is truly unmatched.
