Please avoid this place. My parents who are pensioners paid for a holiday only to be told 48 hrs before that the flight had been cancelled. Turns out he never booked a flight with the airline as I called the airline myself and they had no booking from waywise travel. No refund issued after a month of waiting, was told 10-15 days. Now he ignores calls and texts. Do not use this place. It's a total scam
This company is total con. I booked a holiday for family and paid over £1k. Sent me booking and couple days before they cancelled my flights, booked wrong.now been chasing for refund for over a month. Calls ignored messages ignored. Always fobbed off. This company is not legit and the address the company uses is not there address as I turned up at the door for refund, ignore at all costs
