Very good course , explained evry thing well .

Allan delivered a wondering outdoor first aid course. He communicated the course content clearly, ensured I understood topics, and used practical activities to reinforce learning. He was able to visit our centre to deliver the training which was fantastic, and was extremely flexible in teaching the course over four evenings.

Would definitely use in the future!

Thank you Allan for a first rate course. The resources and information throughout the course were brilliant but the delivery online was exceptional with plenty of interaction. It was great to be able to practice the skills and also to observe others taking on the role of the first aider to enhance the learning. I am really grateful for the resources that I can use in the future. thank you again.

I took this course in order to gain a better understanding of mental health in general and how I could assist those who may struggle with it. This course definitely provided me with that knowledge to an excellent degree. Allan was extremely professional, and overall a fantastic teacher. The course was insightful and impactful, and I now know how to help those in need and I feel comfortable doing it. I highly recommend this course.

I highly recommend this course. Allan was very professional, he answered all the questions asked in great detail and made the environment comfortable enough for everyone to be able to ask their questions. I found the course very easy to follow. With the help of my instructor, I grasped the concepts very easily and I now feel confident that I can support someone struggling with mental health, should the need arise.

Not easy delivering Mental Health First Aid all online, but Allan managed it brilliantly. Good pace, good use of resources and engagement. Difficult subject to broach and for individuals to open up about, however very beneficial and I know I will utilise both personally and professionally. Thank you.
