Warner Bros. Studio Tour London Reviews 

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with a booking I made for December 27, 2024, as a main Christmas present for my family, at a cost of £340. Upon arrival, I discovered that the tickets were incorrectly dated for January 27, 2025, a Monday—an inconvenient day I would never have chosen.

It was incredibly upsetting to find that the staff showed no compassion for the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was simply offered a refund and told to leave. To make matters worse, after traveling three hours with my children, we were forced to leave in tears. As we were leaving, we noticed that the next group in line also had tickets for January 27, 2025, and like us, they had purchased tickets for December 27, 2024. This cannot have been a coincidence.

Given that this is a company that prides itself on creating magical experiences for children, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer care and understanding we received. It is difficult to believe that a multi-million-pound company would be so focused on profit rather than ensuring the happiness of its customers.

I hope you will take this complaint seriously and review your processes to prevent this from happening to others in the future.

We spent the whole day celebrating my son's 8th birthday at the Harry Potter Studio Tour, and it was an incredible experience! The kids loved hunting for the Golden Snitch, and the entire Harry Potter setup was pure magic. This was my second time visiting and my son’s first, and he declared it “the best day of his life.” The one piece of advice I’d give: pack your own lunch! The food in the on-site cafe/restaurant was disappointing—definitely not up to the magic of the tour. A simple sandwich from Tesco would have been a better option than the fried items and burgers they offered. Otherwise, a perfect day!

Very nice tour. I wasn’t too sure what to expect but it was good fun for the family and worth going to at least once.

For the majority of the day we have had a good time.

However while visiting the bank volt I needed the toilet. The only toilets after that point are after the gift shop.

I used said toilet and then was REFUSED entry.

So I have missed out on half the site!!

This it totally unacceptable!!

I haven't even been yet but frankly, after paying iver 1200 euros for a hotel + park package I reached out TWICE trhough the website form to ask if I could ad a birthday cake to my order, got ZERO reply, I ended up calling (from abroad, god knows how much I paid for that) 3 days prior to the visit only to hear that I should have ordered the cake 72 h prior to the visit, and now it was too late. Nevermind that I wrote twice a week prior and did not receive an answer. This is not starting of great honestly.

What an amazing place! Loved every single minute. I totally recommend to everyone to visit here! Beautiful stage sets, attention to detail is wonderful. 5 stars all around.

A magical experience as always and Kieran and Belinda were amazing at sharing some great facts about the films. They really made a difference to an already wonderful visit.

Had spent the entire day trying to avoid people falling over my wheelchair and went to the shop, Massive shout out to Dan And Mitch, who helped me get out of the crowd to the till and looked after me. My daughters had got lost in the crowd so Dan bagged everything for me. Fantastic customer service brought an end to a great day!!

My daughter and I visited the Harry Potter Studios and had great time. Very interesting and entertaining to see how the books were brought to life.

And to finish off the day we enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at the studios. We very much appreciated the attentive staff and especially Piranavi who went to greath lengths to prepare our tea just right for our Dutch taste buds!

It's hard to write about an experience we did not have after driving 4 hours. As we were turned away.... not to mention our money spent on fuel and childcare.
Our dates were booked, our childcare was booked, and we had the correct date but were turned away at the gates and told that we were wrong.
I called to tried to correct this and was only given redeamed tickets and a £10 guidebook... this really does not add up to our day being ruined and a long drive home... I expected more from a respectable business.
We replied to the customer services explaining how we feel short changed with our experience, but it's now been two weeks and no reply.
We still look forward to our visit but do not feel the customer service was good enough at all.
Disappointing.

This was the last instalment for my wife's 65th birthday. She loves Harry Potter.

The staff are amazing, one member brought us a portable seat, as my wife damage her back few months ago. The staff are really nice and do a wonderful things to make your visit worth while.

The food was really nice, not nasty, flavours were wonderful.

The tour is amazing and we were very impressed with the attention to detail. The sets and props are so cool.

We hope to visit again in the near future. Pass this message on to the hard working staff at this tour.

As soon as you walk in, you wow from the start..
Having never watched a Harry Potter film, I'm so looking forward to watching them all in a day or two when I'm off work. My niece Ruby who's 10 loves and knows all about Harry Potter said I am very lucky to go.. I now know what she means. I went with a friend who needed help looking after two grandchildren 9 n 10. What a great time we had.Totally amazing work throughout the studio.
Just one word of warning food and souvenirs are truly expensive. Not pocket money friendly at all for some. Take your own food and buy a postcard to keep.

I ordered 2 x adult and 1 x infant gift souvenir tickets on the 5th November and the money has gone out of my account. Got an email to say the tickets were dispatched on the 28th November but now almost a month later they have not arrived and I do not have a Christmas present to give my partner.

I have tried emailing 4 times but no reply. Messaging on social media but no reply. Live chat never has any agents available. Whenever I call it says the wait time is over an hour so I don’t have the time so wait since that’s longer than my lunch breaks at work! If I want to speak to someone I will have to book a day off work to account for the wait time!

Emails all go to junk and can’t find an email with a booking reference either. So feel like all hope is lost with these tickets.

I’ve been to the tour twice previously but can’t help but feel like I’ve now been scammed and no way to get my tickets. Now have no present to give my other half. So angry and disappointed.

I had a wonderful time at the studio both enjoying foods, drinks and of course experiencing the sets, probs special effects and so on. And the staff were soo awesome and helpful. I was visiting with my husband and 1,5 year old and it we are definitely going back next time we are in London.

We went to the Warner website to buy the tickets. Our goal was to buy them for 28 December 2023. We waited 15 minutes in the queue to access the website and when we were released, we chose the date and the number of tickets, in our case, 2 adults and 2 young people. We followed the step-by-step instructions to pay and we did so. Strangely enough, when we went to check the tickets, the date of the visit "magically" changed to 28 September 2023. We've already sent three forms and no-one has replied. We've called and we simply can't understand what's being said on the phone. We urgently need to change the date to 28 December, otherwise we'll lose the money we've paid.

We went to warner bros harry potter studio, it was amazing! Really kind staff who gave you lots of details about everything, even though the tickets were pricey it was totally worth it. My daughter had an awesome time, there was lots to see! you can even interact with stuff around the place, in the greenhouse, the train, and lots more! we were able to get my daughter a minister for magic I.D card with her picture on and information all about her hair colour, her eyes, and more. You can buy different candies, and even meet some death eaters, learn some wand skills, shop whilst your touring, and take photos with them! you can have a go on the broomstick green screen experience which my daughter loved, and get a video of you flying across the street, over the thames river, past different hogwarts places and lots more! Really really recommend it!

I've been about 4 times, most recently just last week and it has always been, and will always be, an AMAZING experience from start to finish. All the staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable, but the place itself?? Beyond any dreams!! It has everything, or at least most of the things any fan would want to see and the graphics, design and technology involved is astonishingly well done. I'm so proud for Harry Potter to be a British creation and so proud we have the studios, with a lot of original items, here. And the shop at the end!? Absolute heaven, can spend a good few hours there even though it's so pricey

A fantastic place. There were five of us including one adult in a wheelchair and we had no issues at all. Staff were polite and welcoming and we all had a fantastic day out. The food was good. The only recommendation we would make would be to slightly widen the queuing area at the gift shop as it was a bit narrow with the wheelchair

I cannot recommend the tour. At the beginning, they chase you from place to place, everything is so fast that you can't even breathe. He speaks fast, so if you are not a native speaker, you don't even know what is going on. Some staff are very rude and arrogant. Overall, the staff ruined the whole experience (which I was looking forward to for half a year) for me. I see no reason for the staff to yell at someone for being sick and I just want to sit down (in the designated seat). I threw money for plane tickets, train tickets and entrance fees out the window. It's probably a coincidence that I ran into a moron, but I'm judging based on my experience, and it was very bad. Don't be fooled by the photos and check the quality, when I opened the photos at home I found out why they only show it at speed - my hand was completely square!
