Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 93 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people reported unauthorized charges and hidden subscriptions after an initial small payment, often for an app that was advertised as free or for a one-time purchase. Customers frequently mentioned being charged significantly higher amounts, such as $6, $18, or $29.99, without clear explanation, leading to frustration. Reviewers also found it difficult to cancel these recurring charges, with many stating that their attempts to terminate payments or get refunds were unsuccessful, often requiring them to block their cards. However, some people mentioned that the app itself was useful and of great quality, particularly for Apple Watch faces. A few other people also felt that support had replied promptly and offered a full refund for previous payments.

Iwatch or Android watch Face “Scam”

I just had the same issue with an Iwatch faces app called Dialux. Same report, after small purchase for one single iwatch faces app called, they start charging you subscriptions, credit card won’t help you as the first purchase was made with phone unlocked and the double purchase click action performed. It is funny how Visa protects their interests to the maximum, but do not protect their customers from This modality of “scam”. I read the T&Cs for the apple and it is clear that the service is free, after easing that you have peace of mind in downloading it, paying for one iwatch face of 1 NZD, right?? Noooo, a few line below there is another statement reporting the use of third party service with different T&Cs and this is when they legally start the imoral subscription “Scam”. Funny how I’ve got informed by the product from Instagram, which also has no social responsibility with their users . As an old French proverb says: Let’s look for money where it is. In the house of the poor.

Same as everyone else. After one time payment of 0,99$ they charged automatically 2 more times with 8$ and 18$ saying that was a subscription. Nothing works and VISA won't block the transactions. I don't know how META allows such ads to flow on the platform. I'll report this to authorities.

Same as everybody else I got scammed

Same as everybody else I got scammed. I tried to buy a watch face for three dollars after seeing an ad on TikTok and was contacted by my bank to report a suspected fraudulent $41 charge on my credit card. They agreed to reverse the charge and said the only way to stop them from taking more is to cancel the card and send me a new one. Total pain.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Downloaded an app via an online add, looking at watch faces for the Apple Watch. Signed up via the Apple Store and was charged a couple of bucks. Nothing worked and the app was unavailable. I have disputed the transaction with my bank, but five days alter I've been charged $44.90, still with nothing. I can't stop this charge and there is no way to get in touch with them.
