Took the Money - Delivered Nothing. Won't respond to emails. Company is a scamming operation.

Never received item no way to contact but I get this review asking how they did??? Total SCAM and unfortunately I fell for it!

I had purchase a cooking pot 2 months ago at wdgalaxy.com but i didn’t receive the item. I emailed to them but no response. I think this is a scam company

I ordered a doorbell 1 month ago and have not received any status updates nor product. I want my money back !!!!

Product never received even though it has been reported as being received on 3/9/25.

These people are scam artists. Stay away!

Scam. I ordered from the December 29th and have not received anything. They changed me one price then added another $2 after I got my receipt. Will not answer any emails.

Total scam. Credit card and shipping charged, but no confirmation email or items sent. Charge came from completely different company which is clearly a fake front. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

If I could give this site zero stars, I would. I specifically ordered from here because it had a US address on the site. When I ordered, I got a random email with a PayPal tracking number that I could never track and then was notified that my package had been delivered. I never received it and when I sent an email to customer service, they never responded. Complete rip off. Please don’t order from this site. They will just take your money!!!!

I have had nothing but a run around with this company I made an order with them on 12/24/2024. I have never received my order have emailed them everyday and just get a computer to respond a tracking number that shows in route from China, then I used USPS tracking and the number they sent me doesn't even say nothing that there's does I get label has been created waiting for them to ship, I've asked for refund I asked to resend it, and nothing
Never trust this name again.

Ordered a bone creeper a week ago took the money from the credit card but never sent a confirmation and no information on shipping it not looking like I'm going to get it

Complete Scammers....filing a complaint

Placed my online order December 9, 2024. They immediately charged my credit card for the items + shipping, but never acknowledged the order or shipped the items. I sent two e-mails to their "customer service" address but received no reply. I then filed a complaint with my credit card company. This is obviously a scam website- BEWARE and DO NOT PURCHASE!

This morning I order heater. They got my card number, then no response.....here's the deal. Law suit will be followed up against them and Google for letting these companies to scam the public.......

Nothing but a scam. I bought and paid for my product on 12/19 and I have sent 4 emails unanswered. I got scammed so be very Leary of ordering. The reviews I read before ordering was all proven wrong. They even went and deleted my account.

A total scam company! I ordered the Ms Rachel doll on 12/06/2024 and never received an email confirmation email or a response to the three emails I sent to their email provided. Thankfully I used PayPal to make my purchase. When I submitted a complaint through PayPal they refunded my money right away, typically they do an investigation and it takes a couple of weeks.

Do NOT purchase from this website!!

Placed an order a week ago, no order confirmation email, no tracking number. I emailed customer service and have not received a response either. Probably item will not arrive before Christmas.
