Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Time was taken to make sure everything was covered. Didn't take too long as it was just a few ammendments, nevertheless everything was delt with in a friendly professional manner .

Unfortunately I mentioned the name of the manager in my previous review and it was taken down.
What it won't do though is stop me mentioning the fact they are liars. Please take my advice and stay away from this company, only after your money, then when challenged make up all sorts of stories.
STAY CLEAR, plenty of other professional companies out there

Daughters had their inheritance stolen by someone in the company , funny how it wasn’t the companies money that was stolen but my daughters money . They were trusted to look after the money till my daughters became 21 ,Absolute disgrace ,

Had to do an online verification and Abim was great, he was really patient and kind (my wifi connect was really letting me down!) Couldn't recommend enough for a quick and professional experience

Recently visited to make that difficult decision on what to do about writing your own will. Lance cannot be recommended highly enough. He was forever the perfect professional and made the whole visit totally painless. Will definitely be referring him to all family and friends

Used WDS for the storage of house deeds and wills for many years. Costing last year £26. I recently requested the return of all documents and discovered that it would cost £46 to do this. There was no mention of this when they were deposited with them. The past two years have been quite stressful after losing my wife and then selling our home and I forgot to cancel the annual subscription. They are now charging me to get a refund of the latest payment.
A complete rip off. Would never have used them if I knew they operated this way.
