WDS ASSOCIATES.. Sean Baxter visited our home and helped us to organise our future affairs. He is very knowledgeable about Wills, Power of Attorney and Trusts . He was very helpful and sorted out all our needs and saved us the worry of doing it ourselves.

I used WDS group for 3 years but recently they said they are not covering my area for delivery, which is approximately 3 miles away from them. ??
My partner went online, created an account, used the same business address as me and they actually do deliver to my address. Just totally lied.
Definitely no loyalty or customer care and would totally NOT recommend.

Took over a week to let me know they did not have my items yet on the internet it still states IN STOCK rubbish service rubbish company avoid it, i will never use again

I've only recently started using WDS Group and I couldn't be happier with the service which I receive from them. Always deliver on time with a smile, and they have a great selection of Drinks & Snacks available at competitive pricing! Thank you WDS.

I have ordered on 3 separate occasions - once it took WDS a week to realise they didn’t have the goods in stock, and the other 2 times the delivery order was continuously postponed for several days in a row.

I normally buy Rio drinks from a wholesale company but due to the pandemic and a ban on unnecessary travelling, I turned to the internet to buy these online. I was delighted when I found that WDS could deliver these and I ordered 4 trays of 24. The price was 50% higher than I would normally pay for this amount if I purchased them in my normal store but as I was getting them delivered I considered it well worth the extra cost. However, almost all the cans have major dents in them as though they have been dropped from a great height. Not only are they damaged but the drink inside has lost all its fizz. At first I thought this may be just the one tray but all 4 trays have been the same. Very disappointed and I will not buy from this company again.

If I could give ten stars I would. I was not overly satisfied with my order and emailed the company saying so. Incredibly two hours later there’s a chap at my door with a replacement. I have never in my 55 years had service like that. The goods themselves are awesome at a very reasonable price so all in all I cannot recommend this company enough.

As with the late pandemic they upped the prices for hand sanitizer at £20 for 250ml..
However no communication for delivery which is way past the date anyway and they are selling it through

So beware as you will have a bit of a hassle to get your money back..

We felt Helen of WDS was very professional, guiding and helpful, carrying out totally our wishes. Would recommend and use their services again with no hesitation.

Have been let down many times with delivery with this company... delays mean I then have to let my customer down! If you need something on a next day delivery and they promise to get it to you... don't order.. go elsewhere
