They have no idea what customer service mean. I keep on sending them email, nobody has damn courtesy to reply. They ask you to do survey and in return you get voucher but when it comes to encash your voucher they turn blind eye and even on emailing them you never get a reply. You waste your time in doing the survey for nothing.

I have been waiting for rewards to be redeemed and they are still pending. No response to emails and requests. Still getting survey invites and earning points but cannot redeem. I have hundreds of dollars saved as I was waiting to claim them for Christmas. Can do $50 only at a time, and nothing for months of emails and requests. No way to contact them either. Stay away from them. Have wasted a whole year of doing surveys for nothing.

I found it easy to earn points but when it comes to redeeming them, it is impossible. I have tried a few times to redeem points but it never happens. I have hundreds of dollars to redeem. The latest incident, I tried to redeem some points at the end of October. The request is still pending and I cannot try to redeem more points because there is a redemption in progress. I tend to use Rewardia now where you can easily get gift cards or money transferred to your bank account immediately.

SCAM SCAM Survey Site. Once you try and redeem, they dont process the redemption, do not reply to customer support requests and then block your account. SCAM ALERT!

Would give zero if possible.
1. 99% of time you are screened out of a survey after going as far as completing it.

2. Rewards are very small for the time it takes (very long surveys)

3. Every single survey starts with a pre-screener as if they didn't already have your info on file (eg they start by asking your age, gender, post code, then pretend they are looking for a survey to suit your profile. That makes it seem like there isn't actually a survey at all, but rather they look for one when you click on the invite link. This can happen several times in a row, and you will be transfered between different survey sites, with each site doing their own pre-screener. Then when you finally get connected to a real survey, check out number 1 above.)

4. NO customer service at all, no responses, no humans.

5. Last: They don't pay out the rewards. I've been waiting since December 2024 for a $50 gift card that I accumulated over several years (yes, it took that long), and still not received my redemption. The last email I got from them was an automated one saying "Thank you for your redemption of 5000 points. If this is correct, you are not required to do anything else. If there is a discrepancy with the above details or the amount redeemed, please email our support team immediately at support at wdyt.com.au We endeavour to respond as soon as we can." I've emailed them, see my point in mumber 4.

they sent me first one,yesterday a whole bunch of clothes I didn’t order.
Wollf charged 300 and something Euros from a paypal account, I don’t have.
Fortunately I could get back the money.
I don’t understand why they could get on with their business for so long

Won’t pay redemptions I am owed $75.00. Won’t reply to my emails. Total waste of time. Very disappointed Will take this further

I have been trying to redeem points but after 3 months I am still waiting for my gift card.Support services do not reply.I often complete a very long survey submit it and then it says soory but you do not qualify.

I have been a member for many years when all of a sudden they wouldn’t send my gift card or reply to my many emails. I redeemed in May, so they have had nearly 6 months to respond.
Disgusted that they wouldn’t pay what they owe or even respond to a long time member

No longer provide customer service or honour redemptions.

Been a member for over 8 years, within the last year or so the Redemptions are just not happening in a timely manner. Members waiting for over 3 months to simply cash out a $20 gift card is pointless, do not sign up or do any surveys for them, a waste of time.

I have been a member for nearly 5 years. They have always been a little slow on redemption. Over 7 weeks ago I redeemed for a $50 e-card and have heard nothing. My emails go unanswered. Beware... do not waste your time with them. If you are getting rewarded, it won't last.

No answers to my email to support, still waiting for 2 $50 gift cards, have over 5000 point and am told I have exceded my limit?
Yes, like others I do a long survey and am told I do not qualify and get no points.
Surveys are constantly repeated, same thing time after time.
This is the 2nd worst survey I have used.

Hello. Now at least someone is inviting one to share one's thoughts. You need to get out of Banks and put your cash under the bed. I emailed them and they haven't replied. You do their long surveys then at the end after you have completed the survey they don't give you the points and say you aren't a match for the survey. What a joke!

I've been unable to redeem points for over 6 weeks and their support desk doesn't respond to requests. This is not the first occasion. I've tried to contact them in vain. Also, it is extremely difficult to contact them if you're already a member as nothing about 'contacting support' appears on your dashboard. I recommend staying away from this company.

Recently I signed up with wdyt.com.au surveys provider and from the beginning was quite pleased with the number of surveys provided and the ease in which the surveys were able to be accessed. However, when it came to getting answers from the support team on issues of concern, they promised to get back in contact within the minimum possible time otherwise no later than 24hrs but nothing else is heard from the team thereafter. I am concerned that I have accumulated points and requested my first gift card payment from them but am still waiting on an answer from them on just how long it takes before I receive the promised reward of a $25.00 gift card which was for a number of surveys that had been completed.
