I had the most difficult time understanding some things, thought I'd give them a call and speaking with Sam was so useful He was kind and caring about my issues, explained everything thoroughly and was super helpful! I wish everyone spoke like he has.

I had a good experience with WE-ID so…
I had a good experience with WE-ID so far.
Sam from Sales answered all my questions and he even explain to me some things about EH3 vs EH4 which saved me some money. I took the enterprise solution which was a bit cheaper for multiple BVs.
The EH has been created in 2 days.

Impossible to cancel account
Please avoid this company. Choose Digidentity or KPN in The Netherlands instead. Once you bought a service (with little online effort) from We-ID, you're stuck and will need to process a tremendous pile of paperwork to cancel that subscription. Do stay away from this company.
