Terrible product, does not work.
Did not get any updates on product arriving however did arrive a bit late. Product however does not work, both myself and my partner have tried and followed all instructions but the remote and app do not work which defeats the point of the full product.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing a product from We-Vibe. I wanted to surprise my partner with their Sync O toy as I had seen some great things about it. The product gets here seamlessly and within a few days, and at first glance it's perfect! However, when we tried it a few days later we encountered some technical problems. It simply doesn't vibrate with the remote or the app on my phone, only my partners phone (which is registered as the partner, not the main app). We have re-installed etc, but it's still super unreliable. Clearly a toy worth €169 should work better than that.
So I reach out to We-Vibe on Nov 26. It's now been nearly a week and all I have received from We-Vibe is a clearly automated or copy/pasted e-mail asking me questions I had already explained in my first e-mail. I answered promptly (even though I was expecting more customer service wise) as I wanted to make sure a response wouldn't get further delayed by Black Friday, but still haven't heard back from those questions. It would be great if someone could help us resolve this. It's been a long time since I've experienced this poor customer service for such an expensive product...

Used google pay to buy a few hundred dollars worth of products for my partner for Christmas, unfortunately the shipping address google had was somehow years out of date (not sure how I never have had issues with google before) and the purchase autosubmitted. Customer service straight up refuse to either change the address or cancel the order despite having been notified immediately AND the product not having shipped (it's been 6 days since I've order/tried to cancel and it still hasn't shipped). Frankly be careful if you're going to be buying from we-vibe because they're customer service can't do anything to help but apologize.

sadly, bad customer service - they don't deliver to islands, though they sending your parcel out for some reason, and they don't really want to do anything about it.
I've ordered from their web-site, 10 days later when I saw in tracking information that my parcel is going back to the sender, I wrote to them for the explanation, and the reply was "oh, sorry, we don't deliver to the islands, your refund on it's way". well, where have you been when I was doing this purchase on that address? why haven't you wrote yourself to notify? how could you possibly not know if you deliver to an island while you were sendind it? time's been lost and a surprice for my husband's ruined.

Poor customer service and lack of info
Made an order by mistake 5 days ago so contacted We Vibe through their contact form to cancel almost immediately. Had no response until around 30 minutes after it was delivered.
Baring in mind that the parcels come in plain brown boxes, so when you’re waiting on multiple deliveries, you can’t always tell which is which. So their advice was to refuse delivery 30 minutes after it was delivered.
I replied within a few minutes and requested the information on their returns policy because their website has zero information on where to return to, shipping labels, etc.
So do I now have to wait another 4 days to receive a response regarding returns? Even though I contacted you IMMEDIATELY after ordering to cancel?
Where do I return to? How do I get a shipping label? Please update your website with information you legally need to provide!!

Slow response time. Product arrived dirty.
Products are expensive and not worth it. The product I received was dirty. Truly, disgusting. I don’t want a replacement, I want nothing to do with the company. Slow response time. Issue has yet to be addressed. Took over a week to get any update about shipping. If I do not hear back in a 7 days I will elevate to my credit company.

The frkn young girl at the Love Store, ill have to ask her how she gets off on it cuz she told me I have this one that one they are the best. They don’t send the tracking link…
No information on the shipping for the gift I ordered in the morning on Sunday 25/08. The status says « order shipped », but since Monday afternoon, when you go to tracking page it it says that the order is being processed and that I will receive an email shortly once it’s shipped. The money has been transferred but still no email with the tracking code since one week. It’s supposed to be delivered in 2-5 days in my country.
Edit: They just forgot to send the tracking email. They had sent the product in time on the avowed delay. 👍🏼

Customer support Sucks!!! No response for weeks
This is second time we having an issue with horrible customer support. First was when item stopped working like two days after warranty has expired, it took them almost a month and several email to get back to us only to say, we are sorry but we can’t help because warranty has expired. We give them benefit of the doubt and ordered again different items, item we ordered was one of the most expensive items, reviews was mixed but they offer 100 days satisfaction guarantee so we decided to buy it. After my wife try it ot didn’t work for her at all, she tried several times and said she don’t like it and it’s a lot of money for something that doesn’t work for her, doing 100 days guaranteed is not straight forward, we bought item from we-vibe, and that item is womanizer now they split websites and have separate website for this product line, so i have a question how to deal with it, for two weeks trying to reach customer care, several emails no response, and there is no other way to reach them, no chat, no phone number, just email. I’ll be writing this review everywhere i can. Avoid this company to avoid headaches
