Buyer beware!,, site states free returns but when you would like to return for a refund they ignore your request or offer a small store credit if you keep the items.

I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of the fabric and the fit of the dress.

I don’t buy a lot online because I am usually disappointed when it arrives however this dress was just how it looked in the photo and the fit was spot on!

Great quality dresses, quick and easy delivery to Australia. Highly recommend them.

The product is good quality. Delivery time is quite long.

Poor quality and poorly made garment that is nothing like it was described. Drop shipped from China so long delay in delivery also.

You should not buy from this company because they will not allow any returns for items that do not fit properly. I bought some dresses which did not fit and they will not send me an Authorization code and address to return the dresses. Do not make the same mistake that I did. It cost me $166.00.

I ordered 3 sweaters and happy with all 3. The material is not fine quality, but competes with most boutiques quality. The styles are really unique and I would order again. The only setback is shipping is slow. You need to allow 4 weeks. Customer service was prompt and attentive.

I absolutely loved everything!!! They all fit great and so comfortable!!! I get so many compliments too!!!

I am happy with my order except I didn’t get one of the dresses and that is the one item I really need!

I loved the sweaters but the shipping took forever.

If I could give a negative rating I would. The 3 items I ordered were same size but so dramatically different it was like a clown outfit. The items looked nothing like the photo and were so poorly made it was unwearable. Multiple emails with customer service were so frustrating..they would offer partial refund..then a little more..then a little more..I stuck my ground and said I wanted total refund. Then they claimed I needed to pay for shipping as per my order..but SHIPPING WAS FREE. Beware!! Their priducymts aren't as pictured. Sizing is wrong and they are a total nightmare to deal with. I am filing a claim with paypal

I’ve had bad luck ordering clothes through the mail lately, so this order was a breath of fresh air! All of my items were fabulous! I would most definitely order from this company again! 😊

Needs better communication on shipping status all the way to delivery.

Products look very nice and fit very well. I am please with the product.

I ordered three dresses and they are all unwearable. For each, the dress dimensions vary dramatically and inconsistently (i.e. the "Large" sized long-sleeve dress has a huge bodice and tiny little arms that do not even fit my average US size 10 arms). While they were shipped from a warehouse in Southern California, the only option to return them (as per Weabel customer service) was to send them to China (which would cost nearly the same as the entire value of the three dresses). The company offered to refund ~30% and allow me to keep the dresses. Including the partial refund, I am still out nearly $75 and now stuck with three dresses that are totally unwearable. Buyer Beware!

Ordered 5 dresses, only one fit and looked good on me. Tried numerous emails to first just return the others but when I FINALLY heard back (due to me saying I was reporting them) they do NOT take back anything unless you can prove it’s damaged. They suggested in the email to keep them and give them as gifts???????
What the heck, I will stick with Amazon (whose returns/exchanges are a breeze.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY…RUN!!
