READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM. I've reached out to them in October looking for an agency to help scale our ads spent. The "pay-per-result" was very appealing, and almost too good to be true. Started chatting with Alexandra, a bit rude but I put that on the fact that she was probably busy. Too about 2-3 weeks just to get the contract signed. Contract stated that payouts will be based on a performance table, which was fine by me. During their audits, they've identified some aspects which could be improved on our ads strategy, including pmax. We've told them that pmax was not working in our case, we've tried it before and never yield any results. They still wanted to do it. So they get into the account, and mentioned there was an issue with our feed. They said they could fix it, but for $259 that we would have to pay before any work is done. We were never aware that we would have to pay some "add-ons" on the contract, since during the audit no issue was mentioned, and no "adds-on" either. We've solved the issue in about 5 minutes on our own, and mention that we would never told about some extra "add-ons" that would have to be paid to work with them, so it would be clear. After a couple of weeks, and money spent on pmax, they've confirmed that it was not working. Yeah, we know, we've told you about a month ago. So we've lost a monthly budget and a month on basically nothing. They come back and say that they will try a new strategy, but for that they would charge $259 to set up a new tracking. Our tracking was working fine, and all of the items/metrics that we wanted to track was in place and tracking properly. They wanted to add a new specific tracking, which we really did not cared about, and they wanted to charge us for it. It's been 2 months now, and with them we've add approx. 1-2 sales, that's all. We had 4-5 sales a day when we were doing it ourselves, so not only was this contract a waste of time and money, but BEWARE about the pay-per-performance - they will only end up trying to charge you stuff on the side to cover their costs. It's a scammy way to get business into contract with them, and then charge them bunch on stuff that ultimately will cost you more than the cost of an agency. I've deal with Jeff, the owner of the firm, and never interacted with someone this rude with a client. Be VERY CONSCIOUS that you'll probably regret it going in bed with them. If you check their reviews, most of the reviewers have left only one review in their lifetime.
