Their customer support is nonexistent
Their customer support is nonexistent! I reached out to them over 2 weeks ago to see about downgrading my account. It took 10 days to get to a useless response. I replied that I just wanted to cancel. Since then I have been trying to cancel my account with no success. Absolutely no response either by phone or email! I froze my credit card and also had them put a stop payment on the charge. I just saw Wealthfit tried to process the charge and it was declined. What the heck is going on with them!!
