When I saw James’s ads on social media…
When I saw James’s ads on social media I thought this looks like it could be a great opportunity, so I signed up to one of the information sessions. At first, I was a little bit sceptical.. I remember thinking ‘this sounds too good to be true..’ but the more research I did, the more I began to realise that this is genuinely one of the best opportunities around for starting a business. I took the step and signed up to the community. All of the training modules were very detailed, concise and easy to follow along with. The personal coach I was given, Mark, was really helpful and knowledgeable and the coaching calls were also very concise, detailed and highly professional. I got my first property within about 6 weeks, and from there I started growing my portfolio within a few months. Now I have 5 high quality properties, 2 in ocean reef/alkimos, 2 in city beach and one on the Gold Coast. At this rate I’m projected to double the average professional income per year and I’m just getting started, I plan to double my portfolio by early next year. If you are prepared to put in the work and be consistent with the training modules and coaching calls, this is by far one of the best opportunities out there. I’ve had zero negative experiences with any of the coaches and staff and the community itself is very professional, positive and friendly. I highly recommend this opportunity and this team for anyone wanting to start a business or add a side hustle to their financial life.
Remote Success Setup in Australia
I’m based in Singapore and able to start the rent to rent business under James' Wealthflo program. The program is comprehensive, with weekly coaching sessions and a dedicated Success Manager who follows up with you regularly to make sure you stay on track and take consistent action.
What I really appreciate is that it’s not just about learning the theory. There is ongoing support, accountability and practical guidance throughout the journey. After one year in the program, I’ve managed to set up 10 properties, all while operating the business remotely.
I’ve also had the opportunity to meet both James and Stephanie and even their kids. They are a genuinely lovely couple, and what really stands out to me is how genuine they are about wanting to help others achieve their goals. You can tell that it’s more than just a business for them — they genuinely care about seeing their students succeed.
I’m grateful for the guidance and support I’ve received throughout the journey and would definitely recommend the program to anyone looking for a structured approach, practical support and the accountability to turn their goals into reality.
The Support That Helped Us Build a Seven Figure Business
When we joined WealthFlo, our goal was simply to create enough income to leave our 9 to 5 jobs. We never imagined where it would lead. Not only have we been able to leave our corporate careers, but we’ve also built our brand into a seven-figure business.
That growth has completely changed what we’re able to do. It’s given us the opportunity to keep expanding our property portfolio and recently launch a second business specialising in styling and furnishing short-term rentals.
The coaching and community have played a huge part in that journey. It’s not just the knowledge you get, it’s being surrounded by people who are actually doing it, openly sharing what’s working and supporting each other along the way. We’ve learnt so much, built some amazing relationships and are grateful to be part of the community.
We genuinely wouldn’t have been able to achieve all of this without the guidance, support and encouragement from the coaches and mentors at WealthFlo. Their experience, practical advice and willingness to help have been invaluable throughout our journey, and they’ve played a huge role in helping us build the business we have today.
What you see is what you get
I joined WealthFlo in February after coming across James and Steph's videos and attending the free workshops a few times.
The opportunity to earn more income was definitely part of the attraction, but it wasn't the only reason I joined. I was looking for more freedom, flexibility and enjoyment in my work while building something I genuinely loved.
I had a background in Interior Design, 20 years of business ownership and experience running a successful airbnb in the Blue Mountains. What I was missing were the systems, processes and framework needed to scale those skills into something bigger.
Like most people, I did plenty of research before joining. What stood out to me was that James, Steph, the coaches and the wider community turned out to be exactly as they present themselves online. Genuine, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about helping others succeed.
Since joining, I've attended the coaching calls, worked through the training and gradually built the confidence to put the business model into practice. The biggest shift for me has been learning how to present myself professionally and confidently to agents and following the scripts provided until they become second nature.
In fact, I secured my first property today, which is a milestone I'm incredibly excited about. The moment I knew things were starting to work wasn't actually getting the property, it was receiving a call from an agent who was open to my business model and wanted to continue the conversation. That was the point where I realised the training and repetition were paying off.
A special mention to coaches Craig and Becs, who have both been knowledgeable, supportive and generous with their time throughout the process.
If you're considering WealthFlo, my experience has been simple: the people are real, the support is genuine, and if you're willing to do the work and back yourself, your life will start changing for the better.
Wealthflo and GPWN are same scammer couple
They are GPWN, which has a lot of bad reviews.
And based on my experience, this company treated employees unfairly by leaving some unpaid after termination. I would advise others to do their own research before engaging with this company.
How could this couple provide good service if they don't even pay the people? Their services are poor, the courses are not worth paying.
