I’ve bought the Stack of WN one year ago and today I’ve received my package after the second try...
But the product is really good so for that I’ve set 3 stars and not 1!

The products are not received yet till I ordered it since August 2019. Also a auto subscription has been made the second time and not yet informed any updates regarding that. Not sure whether i receive the product or not. even i mail them to reimburse the amount if they can't provide the product, responded with improper mails.

Theses guys haven't sent my order at all and they are trying to rebill me already for the second order. Customer service is terrible. I have contacted through several channels and no one bothered to reply. BUYER BEWARE. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

So I bought focusfi 2 1/2 months ago and haven't received the product. Horrible postsale service, I contact them via facebook, mail, phone, and only by Instagram got a response and not a concrete response of where is my package. I wrote a DM via instagram asking for a refund because I already waited 2 1/2 months and got blocked. My recommendation: If you're from Mexico don't buy this product because you'll probably have to wait a long time to get your product.

Product is fine. But don’t order if you live in the UK my tracking just stopped after a week so after 2 and a half weeks I had to pay over £30 to get my package. (Which I know isn’t the companies fault. My issue is I had tried to contact them via their website , messenger,email, and Instagram over 10 times to firstly see where my package was, and then after receiving it, it was missing one pot and the other was wrong! I was told after an other few attempts to make contact I would get a refund, this didn’t happen so I asked again. I was told again yes refund is coming, after a few weeks I said how unhappy I was and threatened to take things further and surprise, my refund came. Shame as it’s a good product

This stuff is the best! It helps me get through my day and continues to help day after day after day. Focus, mental clarity, and being in the moment like never before.

Focusfi and smooth energy are pretty bad, they didn't give me the sharp shooting thinking i though it would, and the flow is just wierd... As compared to HMVN it's abysmal, sorry, the only impactful one was trurest that at least did what it claimed

i have waited for about a month for delivery. i have received minimal communication from anyone regarding on the ongoing delays. I don't think this product is worth all the hassle.

Wish the team would focus on delivery as much as they do marketing.
