I've attended 2-days (Property) "Deal Maker Intensive Course" on 18th and 19th Feb 2023 with Vincent Wong. I was exposed to many new and wonderful concepts; some uncommon in Malaysia. I believe with my personal trials on these concepts - and with the members support within our inner circle - may help a lot of Malaysian currently hard hit by economic problem - especially related with their own property. This may be my personal career change - most emotionally satisfying and financially rewarding for that matter.

I have learned so much especially on the do and don't of buying properties. What to look out for and the pits to avoid. These information are invaluable.

Good learning on deal structuring concepts and strategies
It's been incredibly interesting to learn about the concepts and structures presented. Would be more helpful if there's a starter roadmap / other form of post-course supports for those that do not manage to join the inner circle.

Attended Vincent Wong's Deal Maker class. It was a paradigm shifter that made me realised that we should be making profit the moment we bought the property or entered into the deal.
